Helpful for family with tech issues
I almost always have a great experience being able to help my brother. any time I have an issue is usually my fault. lol like if I forget to log into my TeamViewer account so I get kicked out like a short session. it is my fault. otherwise I love the ease of use, i recommend it to everyone especially my IT friends

This is a good product
This is a good product. It is reliable and works well on older versions of windows that aran't compatible with Chrome Remote desktop. Plus, it is able to open a larger screen even if the monitor attached to your computer is small (or headless). I consider TeamViewer to be the best product on the market. Chrome Desktop is second, but much more limited.

Not so nice experience with their team
I have to spent around 1hour to be able to create account to purchase licence, and to buy another SIM card, because they mark my phone number as invalid.
Second day waste time to call them to explain.
Finally thay agreed to gave me 5% discount on my next invoice which is like 19euro discount.
