Great customer service from Ian today…

Great customer service from Ian today doing pci compliance. Cracked a few jokes, had a good chat with him whilst getting on with the task at hand. Exactly the way it should be, not speaking to a robot. Efficient, professional service from takepayments as usual.

Ameen was a brilliant help

Ameen was a brilliant help. I required a lot of support as I am not the best with anything regarding technology and he was patient with me and took his time. I did not feel rushed through this experience and feel supported. Thank you Ameen for all your help.

Excellent Service

I called Takepayments regarding PCI Compliance update and spoke to Nicola. The call went very smoothly and I found Nicola to be very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you so much Nicola for making this an easy task for me and for keeping us compliant.

What a fantastic company so helpful…

What a fantastic company so helpful from start to finish, Gary was so helpful explained everything to me, call when suitsed me I have use other Terminal providers before and take payments 100% beat them. I would change over to take payments if your with someone else

Great experience

I had a fantastic experience with this company. Gary was incredibly helpful in setting up our card machines remotely for our social enterprise. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to guide us through every step of the process, making what could have been complicated feel straightforward and stress-free.

His support ensured everything was up and running smoothly in no time, which will make a real difference to how we operate day to day. Excellent customer service and highly recommended—thanks again, Gary!

Received a phone call from Adam Saeed…

Received a phone call from Adam Saeed today regarding my new account/card payment app. Very polite and explained everything thoroughly. Made sure to ask if I had any queries/questions and also sent information in an email in case I need it later on. Very helpful.

Phoned up this morning to complete the PCI DSS compliance and everything was done within a few minutes. There was an issue with one of our accounts although that was resolved within the hour. Good service and helpful staff.
