The order arrived with one shirt…
The order arrived with one shirt missing, but a second shirt printed twice which I did not request. I wrote an email to fix the problem but I have not received any response for more than 3 days.

I ordered 3 Hoodies for nearly 150 eur
I ordered 3 Hoodies for nearly 150 eur, never received the product. I contacted customer support and they have not been helpful, did not understand my needs and after 3 mails go and return ignored my questions and help requests.
Now I have no product and no refund.
The customer service ignores customers, uses only pree built emails and dosent answer specific questions.
We will never again use Spreadshirt

Very poor quality
The print quality on a hoodie I ordered is terrible, it wasn’t cheap and I expected way better. I can’t return as it would cost me way too much. I would not use

Very good quality t-shirts and sticker…
Very good quality t-shirts and sticker printing. A star was removed because of the website interface, and no updates about order status or delivery without opening and checking myself. But I will use the service again.

Two orders - two mistakes
For the second time Spreadshirt has delivered faulty products. First time the image was incorrectly positioned and the second time they delivered a large man's t-shirts instead of a women's medium t-shirt with the reasoning of "we had supply chain problems and thought sending the men's t-shirt would be better than nothing". I revived a voucher for the first error and refund for the second error
