Product looks nice and print, but am not sure if this customisation print will last long after wash… also some printing on the jersey did not align in same position..

Though my order was stolen from the post. And teamshirt team was kind enough to resend me again. Quality is good lets see after how many washes the paint can stay in the shirt but overall great experience

Printing quality is not good
Printing quality is not good. It looks like after one wash, it will come off. I expected better, as I had t-shirts printed before through other brands, and the quality of the print turned out much better than this.
Additionally, it is challenging to find a contact person and track the package. There was no tracking information for the package, and when it did not arrive on the date they said it would arrive, I contacted the support. The AI assistant that answered my inquiry misinformed me and told me that either I wrote my address wrong or the package just got lost. I almost asked for a refund when, after emailing them again and requesting a human this time, I learned that the delays with the packages are expected, and I should just wait 5 more days. I finally received the package, but after all of this, seeing that the print was also low quality really disappointed me.

Complicated, slow, unreliable return
The return seems to be very complicated. I had to manually request a package label several days ago and I’m still waiting for it. I’m beginning to think I might be intentionally pushed into being too late to return what I wanted to return.
