I ordered 3 personalized items. The cow plush toy, the bunny and the beeb. While the bunny is ok, the plush toy and the beeb are very underwhelming for the price. The cow is tiny and the print quality is bad. The colors are dull. The beeb is a joke and so thin, it feels like a sheet of plastic. All this for 50€. Not a good deal at all. I won’t be offering this as it looks too cheap.

I have contacted customer service, let see what they say.

Great quality, got their sports shirt Men's size S (normally woman's size M). Great lenght and fit, thin shirt and the print held up even through a Tough viking race.

Package was delivered too late. Support does nothing. Will never order again. Would not recommend
Quality of the shirt also really bad. Expect to only use it 2 or 3 times.

Promissed. Ordered a unisex premium hoody.. and premium it is.. love the quality and material.. Zipper is smooth...did not expect that from the price.. logo on the front looks sharp and crisp. Design on the back looks even beter. And right where i put it in the online designer. will order again. Between order and delivery took 5 days.. made in Poland?

update: I contacted the company and they replaced the shirt. thanks a lot.
print came detached from Tshirt, right after unpacking. Tshirt isn't even worn or washed yet.

I made an order of the best quality cotton tissue with some texts in front and on the back.
The delivery timings were respected, but unkindely, the shirt arrived with no writes on the back.
Confronting with the customer service has been easy and useful:
They were kind to face the issue and printed another same shirt, with both sides perfectly done, for free.
Has been a really nice experience for me, well managed problem.
I love the colors,the tissue and the printings.
Very well done.

Do not buy from these company. Wrong delivery and bad handling. Delivered wrong printing and it took 3 weeks to get right product and a lot of mailing. The occasion ther tshirt should be used had passed before right product was delivered.
Only got compensation for expres freight. Buy from someone else.

Very poor quality shirt, graphic looked terrible, and rather than a person my customer service responses came from an AI bot that probably put a human being out of work. No refund, so now I've paid over €100 for 2 low quality looking boxy t shirts with grainy low quality graphics, never using these guys again I would reccomend you don't either

As of June 1, 2026, I received an email from the company that they will not allow a return nor refund on this order even though the quality of the garments is subpar. It is unacceptable that this company will not guarantee their quality of products.

I purchased 2 premium shirts with our company logo. I paid 4 times as much as their competitor because I trusted that I would receive a quality item. I am very disappointed at the quality of the garments received and also the printing. The color of the shirts are also faded, straight up from the packaging. I requested a refund and was told that based on the photos, they do not see any problems. I even sent them pictures of the collar of one of the shirts, which shows frayed material. I do not recommend this company. If they are not willing to satisfy their customers and offer subpar quality of items and printing, they should not be in business.

Ordered shirts for my band's tour and couldn't be happier. Surprisingly great quality, fast shipping to Sweden and no fuzz whatsoever. Will absolutely order more stuff from here, and soon!

Prompt service and exactly what I requested

Purchased a polo shirt and delivered today. The logos are awful. Purchased with one in the chest and other on the sleeve which is tiny but worst part is the large white rectangles around the logo, on a white shirt, which makes it look cheap and unprofessional. Also a black mark on the collar.
There was an opportunity to buy many for a local golf society but this opportunity has gone. This is the worst shirt ever purchased from anywhere - avoid this company or you will be as disappointed as me 🫣
Have emailed the AI Bot Monika, so let's see what happens next.

Clearly not a serious business.

In one word: excellent. I first did a test order in DTF and DTG print. Both excellent quality. (tshirt size was a bit small but that was clearly indicated with the tshirt I selected when placing the order). Now I placed and received in total different 4 orders with different print types, shirts, colors and all went very well. Excellent quality print, fast delivery. Just perfect.
