They are fraud don’t buy anything from them.

They allow AI sellers to keep selling plagiarised artwork, even after the original artists report it to them. Disgusting and no morals, all for a quick buck. AVOID.

Never received item, all reviews now I found out are bad, scams. Shopify didn't want to know

I placed an order which is clearly not going to arrive. I contacted Shopify to notify them regarding what appears to be a scam enabling them to take action. Their AI system failed to assist me and concluded by advising me to contact after 30 of non delivery at which time they would investigate. I pity the poor individual who may be drawn in during that period. I will most definitely avoid any use of their platform

Spotify pretend to help and then just deny any responsibility. Please take heed of these reviews and steer clear of this shocking company.

Shopify selling “Laser Pens” from an Honk Kong company Oros” that is supposed to remove moles, warts, etc. but it’s a total money fraud, no product is ever provided. They keep making excuses that it’s hung up in customs, etc for 2 months or so, then claim it was delivered 26 to 50 miles away at a fictitious address. Then they won’t return calls and you are out $70!!! Do NOT buy a “laser pen” online. It’s all totally fake.

This was my error, I did not amend my previous delivery address but immediately tried to contact Shopify and a further twice. I now have two parcels in Spain, I live in the UK with no way of recovery before October. Absolutely shocking customer service. A response would be greatly appreciated.

Site promotes fraudulent items and then does absolutly nothing (If youcan even contact them, or get a response) to help you resolve.
Complete waste of time and money, do not use.

i wish i could give NO , stars , this firm are allowing very obvious scam companies such as zuralo . i paid for an item from them over 2 months ago , and have not been able to contact them either via email , or site chat site , they have , their phone number doesnt exist and to make matters worse , shopify have not even bothered to contact me directly after couple of emails to them . it seems to me shopify condone these sites , as on the zuralo review site , every review is negative and nobody seems to of gotten the goods they paid for , and all the while shopify do nothing , more to the point they dont even interact with the contact i have made to them .

Had to contact my bank to get my money back on two items that was not delivered.be care people i wont buy of this site again and advise you all not to.not all sellers are scammers but some are

No stars really. I want to remove my credit card and personal details from Shopify. Shopify will not permit this. I am now compelled to ask my provided to issue me with a new Credit Card so that Shopify no longer have correct details. Where possible I will not use any merchant who is signed up with Shopify. They have no human working in customer services in the UK and the ChatRobot is thicker than 2 short planks. Shameful treatment of customers and it makes you wonder why they hang on to your credit card details even when you want to remove them.

I wanted to give it minus stars but couldn't. Poor to no communication, unreliable-non-existent tracking, and you can't raise an issue until any order's date has surpassed 30 days. If I pay a premium to have something to be delivered within 48 hours I expect it to be delivered or to be able to raise some form of support. You cannot do that with Shopify. My advice would be to avoid Shopify at all costs and deal with merchants directly.

I placed an order for 2x steady hip on 18 June 2026 for £39.99, with delivery within 10 days. It is now 23 July 2026. Nothing delivered and no messages. What a complete rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE unless you want to spend money and get nothing in return.

Tips? Are you for real?

It is a wonderful idea to give companies a platform to sell their product’’ but you make enough money out of it to have your lawyers verify and rate the prospective sellers. There are SO MANY unhappy people because they are conned with fancy guarantees and lovely websites but when the product does not do what is claims to do one should be able to get a refund, The Shopify help page says ‘’just click on the company and request a refund’’ . NO I am afraid that is an option not always available., This should be checked by Shopify BEFORE allowing them to advertise and sell.
You are turning a blind eye, which is why I give you a zero rating.

Saw an advert on Shopify for air conditioner from YoPoke and paid 209.99 but nothing delivered

1 YoPoke doesn't sell air conditioner, it's a restaurant
2 their site can't be reached
3 email given is on Gmail and doesn't respond
4 payment on my account is a random sequence of capital letters
4 Shopify will only talk to sellers not customers

shopify does not meet current uk consumer law , it freezes out the shopper for 30 days from purchase ie they are not allowed contact before 30 days after purchase via shopify , so if a seller say hey i offer 2 day delivery and it does not happen after 7 days you can not get any help from shopify till 30 days later oy vey so sellers tell more lies as there is no consequence

I am being charged £18 per month. I have no idea how I signed up for this and have never used it but apparently I cannot cancel it without going into my bank in person.
