Shooezone is a scam company, please don’t let them rob you and go to Amazon or a Chinese company as you will receive your order, this company takes your money and sends nothing.

Definitely the place to go for footwear

Easy to place an order, next day delivery is fantastic, excellent communication and they accept PayPal. The slippers I received are a perfect fit, extremely well made and very comfortable, I'm very happy with my purchase, Shoezone are definitely a 5 star +++++ company, many thanks for completing my order so quickly. Failure of basic systems

Having tried twice to set up an account and place an order, Shoezone have failed in this simple task. The first order seemed to go through but I got no confirmation. Payment showed as pending on my credit card statement. After waiting ages to chat with an agent, they cut me off because I didn't reply instantly. I went through the chat system again and waited a while to find that the order hadn't been placed. I tried to set up an online account but there was some problem with the password. The account wouldn't let me in as it didn't recognise my password. I tried to reset the password but I got a message saying that I couldn't reset the password and I need to contact customer services. I am really not happy with this waste of my time. These are basic aspects of e-commerce and they need to work efficiently. Get your act together!

Saw some shoes that I liked....bought 2…

Saw some shoes that I liked....bought 2 pair , 1 pair black and 1 pair white...they were discounted for buying 2 pairs. I also got next day free delivery and received them today as promised. I really like the shoes and they fit perfectly. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again!

An excellent choice.

So pleased to see the sandals I like on the shoezone website at a great price and offering next day delivery. They arrived as promised and were just as good as the pairs I already own. So comfortable and look good at the same time. I would highly recommend and I will be ordering more.

Exactly what I ordered but poor delivery service

Ordered two pairs of soft shoes on line as I couldn't find my size in store.
Happy with my purchase but unhappy not to receive notice of delivery and find my parcel in my front garden in view of anyone passing having been thrown over my gates,
I think Shoezone should review the delivery company they use.

Very Impressed

Purchasing - easy to buy and find what I was looking for. Order placed in no time, simple process.

Communication- excellent, kept me informed every step of the way.

Delivery - free delivery. Brilliant and very quick.

Shoes - great shoes fit well and look nice. Similar shoes are twice the price in other places.

This is my 3rd pair of shoes from Shoe Zone. I’m still wearing 1pair for work every day after 3 years, I have another pair for going out and these I have just bought are to go with chino shorts.

I am well impressed with Shoe Zone.
