What is with the attitude from Rewe employees? They are some of the most judgemental, rude people I've come across. Cashiers rolling their eyes, huffing and complaining is really unnecessary, and it's unprofessional. The other staff put big pallets in the way of items at the most ridiculous times, one man nearly ran me over with a big rolling cage. I wouldn't shop there at all if it wasn't for my autistic teenager needing specific brands of food that other stores no longer carry. I am also neurodivergent and find shopping at Rewe to be needlessly stressful.

There's no excuse for Germany to have such awful customer service, but Rewe employees REALLY want to make sure you're aware how non-existant customer service is here.

Very bad market. I buy today for 22 minutes and Take 30€ Bill in The market parking place. Everyone be aware, private parking place. I never buy Alain by Rewe Oberkirch, Biden-Wuertemberg, Germany. I was stolen.

Charged me nearly 300 € extra because I added a few items to my order. It's been nearly three weeks and their customer services team are still refusing to release the pending payments on their side. The very fact that their so-called "service" charges customers the entire price of their order every time an addition is made is embarrassing. This is the last time I buy anything from these clowns!

Rewe NRW near Aachen: all OK, I go there every week.

My only problem is that either they don't order it any more or someone always buys it before me: I can't find the "Panda Wan Tan mit Putenfleisch". XD

Paid for delivery for some items with Rewe paketservice. Never got any updates, it has been over a week and 3 days since the packet was supposedly "dispatched" but no further information has been provided. Forget their customer service emails, forms and facebook messages - they just continue to ignore you without a response. In the meantime, they were very quick to deduct the money from your account right away, with no option of a refund. Gold star customer service, will never bother order with these guys again.

I’m seriously thinking about suing Rewe for discrimination. Every single time I go to Rewe at Revaler Str. 2 in Berlin, the security follows me everywhere around the supermarket until I leave the cash register. Shame on you, Rewe, you should very seriously teach your employees about race discrimination before giving them a job.

Rewe has a great app to order groceries online, but almost once in three times, they fail to deliver the correct groceries.

The paid online delivery does not make sense if one has to travel to the local supermarket after each failed delivery anyway.

I at least expect some kind of compensation. I wish they consider this and I will update my review once there is an improvement.

Customer Service really needs improving. If Rewe ever hopes to compete against Amazon then they need to improve their 'Customer Service' dramatically. I am a big fan of the Rewe home delivery service but recently have been disappointed by the lack of customer support. It seems they are happy to receive the order and money but not so keen to rectify when they have made a mistake. I returned an item with the driver (which I didn't order ) and have been charged for it. I have, to date, written 3 emails and completed 2 questionnaires, still no answer. It is these small things that make or break a service. When you are up against Amazon it is these things that will let you down. Sort it out Rewe!!

Had a horrible experience buying there electric razor by Remington.
Customer support both in the store and in the Head Office are lazy and not willing to help.
They sell crap which they do not want to acknowledge later.
Rewe is definitely no go area for me.
