Items never delivered
I ordered 2 x mora tap O-Rings Mora 209519.AE via this platform. Never received those. I contacted seller customer service where they say that they have investigation ongoing.
Now it has been ongoing 4 moths now, when asking about order answer is always the same "Since this is international warehouse shipment, we have submitted application for investigation"
Normal case would be that sent ordered replacement items to customer and investigate later what happened in your process. Not like playing time with customer, hoping that customer gets tired of asking since monetary value is not so huge.
For sure this is the first and last time when ordering nothing from this platform.

Great selection, poor communication and shipping
Great selection, but communication and shipping need improvement.
I really like the great assortment of products here, and the prices are reasonable. However, shipping accuracy has been a consistent issue. On several occasions, items were listed as in stock with a promised 24-hour dispatch, only to face delays. In fact, my current order has been stuck on the status "picking" for days now with no update.
Delays can happen, and that would be completely fine if they just reached out, but the total lack of prior communication is a real downside. I usually have to initiate contact, and because customer support response times are often several days, orders end up shipping about half a week to a week late. I love the inventory, but I really hope they start being proactive with updates when things get held up!

Ordered during Black Friday with a…
Ordered during Black Friday with a promised 10-day delivery. More than 4 months later, nothing has been delivered.
Delivery dates were repeatedly pushed back and now have completely disappeared. Customer support has no answers, no timeline, and provides no updates.
I have paid for a product I never received, and I haven’t been refunded either. At this point, this experience feels completely unacceptable and raises serious doubts about the store's legitimacy.
I’m relieved I didn’t order anything else from here. Avoid if you expect honest delivery times or basic customer service.
