Basically we only sell new goods.
In a few cases, we also sell demonstration products or opened packaging, but this is explicitly described on the product page.
It is also possible that there may be dirt or scratches on the boxes or products during transport. We apologize for this. Our logistics staff always pack the goods with care so that they can be delivered in perfect condition.
Please write to our customer service so that we can find a solution as soon as possible.

Dont trust
Bought a nail gun on September 9th but after talking to DHL it was clear they had not sent the nail gun and the tracking number supplied was not for DHL or any other courier company because I tried them all, every time I emailed them I got the same reply that it was on it’s way
As I paid with PayPal I opened a dispute and got my money back today 6 weeks after my order
If you are going to order make sure you can get your money back when it doesn’t arrive

Unfortunately, there was a problem with the tracking IDs of our logistics service provider. The problem is now fixed and won't exist in the future. We are very sorry that you were affected by this circumstance and are disappointed by our service accordingly.
We will give you a credit note of the ordered goods, as we do not know how long your case with the logistics service provider will be in progress.
Ordered nail gun on 3 June and am still…
Ordered nail gun on 3 June and am still awaiting delivery, done 7 weeks later. They and their carrier say they have delivered it but can only show me an unsigned delivery note!

I am very sorry that your case is going this way. I can totally understand that you are upset because you're waiting that long.
Please understand that our customer service has to proof every case on its own and can't send money or goods immediately to customers. The investigation of DHL takes always a very long time. We are very sorry for that. I know it is hard to wait such a long time without getting the good or the money back.
We are trying to change this szenario that customers like you do not have to wait.
