Worst experience I have ever had! No telephone contact. Useless on line contact. Took months of back and yo conversation to achieve nothing at all! Ending up paying extra money to get a hotel that would have been £100 cheaper had I gone direct

Great service and fantastic meals. Only gave a 4 as we have 2 left
