Awful company to deal with
Awful company to deal with. Won't give anywhere near what your parcel is worth back, even though clearly stolen whilst with them and Evri. Have no idea why they they are default through Ebay, but avoid them and Evri at all costs as your parcel will likely go missing with them, with no way of getting your money back. Have contacted the police but hold no hope of getting it back. Should have done it all how I did it previously, which I'm now regretting massively!

Booked a shipping but we never had any confirmation mail with instructions, non existent customer service, impossible to contact anyone and my tickets are left unanswered.
Scam, additional charges days after delivery
I sent multiple shipment that should have arrived in 3 days, it took 10, and after a month they charged me for 10-30€ additional per package for alleged 1-3 cm differences between the communicated dimensions and the measured ones, clearly a scam. I'm currently trying to recover my money trough a contestation with PayPal.
Definitely the poorest shipment experience I ever had.
Fraudulent additional charge
Fraudulent additional charge.
Received an email saying my package measured 245cm and they measured it as 240.6cm, so they were applying an additional charge.
Re-read the email several times, it did actually say that.
Raised a dispute which I thought would be quick and easy. They didn't read it, they told me about their ISO approved scales instead and said without photos, no dice.
I responded basically asking which is bigger, 245 or 240.6...
They charged my card. I'll fight this with the bank. Useless organisation. Will never use again.
Customer service is deliberately dreadful to make people give up.
Fraudulent additional charges taken
I sent a parcel weighing 545g via eBay Packlink Evri service and they have taken a charge from my account claiming it to be 5.48kg. Sent evidence of what the order was and showed identical item on scales and they refuse to engage further. They will not tell you why the evidence is not sufficient. Several other fraudulent charges for other small parcels too. A disgraceful company to deal with and it feels like a scam as no way to challenge the money taken from my eBay account.
My item was damaged and destroyed by…
My item was damaged and destroyed by the courier. Packlink are very slow to respond (about 2 weeks per email sent), Packlink can see the item was destroyed by the courier and instead of refunding me I have had to provide unnecessary evidence I have re-sent the item to my buyer. Surely if my original item was destroyed then I would be entitled to a refund regardless of whether I sent a replacement or not.
Charged £4.68 for an oversize parcel.
Like many others, I have just received a £4.68 surcharge for supposedly sending an overweight parcel through eBay. The parcel weighed less than 80g and was sent in a small Jiffy bag measuring no more than 20 × 21 × 8cm, so it was well within the permitted limits.
Packlink claims that the parcel weighed 1,180g, which is clearly a mistake. I contacted them and provided photographic evidence of its weight and dimensions. They then asked me to provide photographic evidence again, only to claim that it was insufficient.
They rely on their “ISO-certified” automated machines but provide no evidence to substantiate their charges. Given how many customers appear to be experiencing the same problem, there is clearly something wrong with their system.
maybe OK if the parcel is not important/urgent otherwise avoid
This is not an eBay related review. Booked two parcels to be picked up from a hotel directly from their web page. One was picked up by the courier no problem. The other one they cancelled. There is no way to call them, I've been. e-mailing the support system from yesterday but no reply. They're probably OK for stuff that's not important or urgent, otherwise I'd avoid.
Scam incorrect charge for overweight item and no response
I sold an item on ebay and had no option but to use Packlink to generate my label and post it tracking number H051JA0194225800 and Packlink number GB2026EBAYCIP0005802902. Never again. The item was a tiny miniature perfume of 5ml Item number: 147085235084 which sold for £9.24 and the parcel weight was under 500g. Now Packlink are saying that the item weighed 1.98kg and have charged me £7.80 postage for a 2kg parcel which they took from my Ebay account. I have asked them for evidence of this and they cannot provide it. I have contacted them several times saying this is clearly a mistake and the parcel weight was probably 198g not 1.98kg. They say I have to send a photo of the parcel with the label on it showing the weight. This is clearly impossible as the label was generated at the drop off shop which had no scales. I have directed them to the item listing on ebay which clearly shows how small the item was and anyone using common sense can see it could never have weighed 2kg. I have emailed twice asking for the case to be reviewed by a manager and to raise a formal complaint but now they are not responding at all. I even tried their chat but the bot would not put me through to a live person. This makes me dubious about ever using them again or selling on ebay. I have seen other people complaining that this is a scam they use to generate more money.
Charged me £4.68 for wrong weight!! Scammers
Charged me £4.68 claiming my parcel was over the 1kg i shipped it at. I sold 8 of these items. All sent at 1kg evri tracking. Yet none of them have been claimed for, just this 1. They claiming it was 1.9kg.. I sent a toothbrush lol.. Never again.. I'm a top rated ebay business seller and i won't be using them again. I'll upload my own tracking to ebay. I've put a complaint in to both packlink and ebay. Stay away from them. They are scammers
Lost & damage - no compensation
Package picked up. They damaged it and lost several products in the package. But because of holiday I reported this after 7 days term they made up, so no compensation. I reported this to Dutch Consumer authority (ACM) --> you should too.
Charges applied at random for made up…
Charges applied at random for made up reasons. The whole point of packing.link was to make posting easier but its done the opposite, pack link charges extortionate fees on items sent using the packlink system.
False charges automatically
They automatically charged me extra from my eBay balance for "overweight". It wasn't, I weighed it properly before sending, but I didn't take any photos of that.
No way to appeal, and I doubt they would accept photo proof anyway.
Opt out of them in your eBay account.
I don't know what's going on with…
I don't know what's going on with packlink but I've now had 3 charges of £4.68 taken out automatically in a month. The first was 680 g they said was 4.2 kg and the second was 482g they said was 5.5 Kg! I've just had a third automatic deduction today, again the parcel was well under 1 kg. Very hard to get their specific ref number which you have to have to be able to even get through to someone. Seems to take a lot of time and attempts! I've managed to get 2 of the ref no's but talk about time consuming and frustrating! I'm going to try the evri over 40 items a month discount scheme and see how that goes. I was overcharged about a year ago and challenged it but the person was very condescending. I let it go because I got a refund in the end. I've had 1 refund on these last 3. It was soon after I sent a message to the packlink ceo, coincidence? As a customer you shouldn't have to go to this kind of trouble to get a refund !! Shame really it was a good service until recently
112 / 999/ 911 - ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS
112 / 999/ 911 - Be warned that this outfit is a total SCAM.
On 1st July 2026 I received a package containing an item that was too big for the space it was to be placed. Original package was not even opened. I took the measurements from the original delivery label and used them to input onto the Packlink Site. I paid the fee and the return was collected by UPS the next day. On the 15th August 2026 I noticed that €101.44 was deducted from my bank account by Packlink. No advance notice, no communications of any sort. Contacted them and was informed that the package was over size. They provided an image of a plain white slip of paper, that any 5 year old could have done on a PC. No company heading, no official stamp, no signature. No evidential value of any sort. They deduct € 101.44 from my account without authorisation and I have to prove why they shouldn't!!! Absolute thieves and scammers. Do yourself a big favour and run away from this bunch of reprobates as fast as you can. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
TERRIBLE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

WARNING UK SELLERS
WARNING UK SELLERS: Packlink uses international legal loopholes to dodge UK claims!
They are stealing high value packages to sell on to Johnpye auctions. Packages aren't even scanned as leaving dropshops!!
Do not trust Packlink with unique or handmade items. If they lose your parcel, their system is a total black hole. Worse, if your high value item they claimed lost suddenly turns up being sold for profit via liquidators like John Pye Auctions & then back on ebay, frontline customer support will stonewall you or hang up to protect themselves. If you try to take them to the UK Small Claims Court (MCOL), you will hit a massive corporate trap designed to leave you out of pocket
The Dissolved Entity Trap: If you search for them on Gov.uk Companies House, the old address that comes up (Packlink UK Ltd) is officially DISSOLVED. If you serve this address, your court claim is legally invalid and will be thrown out. This address can sometimes appears for Packlink SL but it is not valid! They are overseas End of!!
The Shell Game: They also operate a UK parent group office under Auctane Limited (200 Grays Inn Road, London). Do not use this either! Legally, it is a separate company entity, and Packlink's legal team will use this mismatch to get your case dismissed.
The Real Defendant: The company you are actually contracting with is a foreign entity based entirely in Spain: Auctane, S.L.U. (Trading as Packlink), Paseo Imperial, 14, 28005, Madrid, Spain (Tax ID/CIF: B83357863).
Because they are domiciled in Spain, you cannot easily sue them via the standard UK online court portal without expensive, slow cross-border paperwork ("Service out of the jurisdiction"). They know this, and they exploit it to refuse to pay court fees, interest, or proper damages to UK users, even after admitting fault in writing.
Please do not fall for this ebay/packlink trap where you are going to be stuck with little to no recourse without way more cross international legal processesses.
Avoid them all costs. & Ebay will jist hang up on you
They also months later on other delivered items will try tack on overweight charges. Totally made up!!
they lost my package
they lost my package
they should've given me receipt of being taken, but it didnt give it.
