Scam company - hidden costs - unresponsive support
Scam company. The fee you pay for the delivery doesn't mean anything to them, as soon as the package is delivered they start sending you additional invoices. If you open a support request they justify the additional invoices with extra-costs from the actual parcel service, no evidence of this is ever provided. Once reported that these extra costs are not foreseen in their Term & Conditions they simply do not reply and give mandate to a third party for credit recover.

I had never heard of Jumingo and was highly skeptical. I’m a small business shipping books from Germany to the US and the paperwork necessary to ship post de minimis is a nightmare. Going through DHL or UPS directly is equally a nightmare. Jumingo made this process very easy. All I needed to do was place my order and prepare the package. They scheduled a UPS pickup and handled all the Proforma invoice paperwork. On top of that, the packaged arrived in 2 business days at a price cheaper than the quoted price from the shipper directly.

Packages broken, surplus price after shipping completed
I had (and am still having) an awful experience.
I delivered several packages from France to Italy. The packages arrived in awful conditions, the majority of them broken (one with a large circular hole on one side!?), plus one repackaged because broken during transport (some personal effects missing). After two weeks, they asked me additional 465 € because some dimensions and weights exceeded what stated during the booking (despite the fact that they were accepted without any trouble by the shipping company that collected them). Around 120 of the 465 € is also due to the repackaging, which they caused.
Awful service.
I refused to pay, they asked me for photographic proof that the packages were within the weight/dimensions limits, then I asked them for the same proof that the packatges were not within limits, which they could not provide. They hired a solicitors' company to get the money.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I have sent multiple emails, but nobody replies. My parcel has been delayed for a long time, and no one explains why or helps solve the problem.
I also requested a refund, but there has been no response or solution. This has been a very frustrating experience. If there is an issue with the shipment, customers should at least receive clear communication and timely support.
At this point, I am starting to question whether this company is reliable because of the lack of communication and support. I hope Jumingo improves its customer service and responds to customers instead of ignoring their emails. tracking number 1Z02W93E8891273434

I don't understand the point of these kind of third party company? They are supposed to make your life easier then the whole shipping process gets more complicated. Also, after my item was delivered, I received an email requesting me to pay an extra 12€ because the shipping was more expensive than planned.
will never use it again and go straight to the website of DHL or UPS.
