Unfortunately I had to return the device because my grandpa has bad deafness and it doesn't help him. The customer support was nice and they refunded the money quick, so I recommend this company.

The hearing curve seems to meet perfect the nessesary correction for elderly persons. Differences between the ears can easily solved by different amplification.
I'm missing a link for buying replacement parts like ear-tips in your top quality, perhaps also in smaller diameter.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality
HiSound is the only provider of bone-conduction hearing aids at affordable prices. Although AI provides very little information about HiSound or its products, I took the risk of ordering the HiSound F2C bone-conduction hearing aid.
Delivery was prompt, and the shipment could be tracked.
In terms of connectivity, there is no accompanying app; however, the Bluetooth connection is quick to set up, and the operation is intuitively user-friendly.
After just one day of practice, I was able to operate the hearing aid.
The instructions are the only somewhat meager aspect; they really ought to go beyond a mere "telegraphic" style.
I am surprised by the quality of the hearing aid. In terms of performance, it is superior to the Samsung Ear Buds Pro—which can also serve as a hearing aid.
However, it took me about two days to get used to the fit and the volume level.
When someone speaks to me, I have to ask him to lower his voice. I no longer need to have the TV turned up so loud. The sound quality here could be a bit clearer, though.
Outdoors, you do pick up more wind noise when it’s breezy, but I am surprised by how much better I can hear the people around me.
I would recommend this product without hesitation and would definitely buy it again.
