If I could give a negative review I would. This company is absolutely dreadful.
I ordered a curved strap for a Rolex Datejust 41. I received a Daytona / Yacht master strap.
When talking to Mia on there support, all I could get was that my watch was different. I don’t know how different an advertised Datejust 41 is to an actual Datejust 41. I sent them photos of my watch and their advert to prove it’s the same.
I asked for the correct item to be sent, however the response was that they have sent the correct item, and it’s my watch that’s wrong.
They do not accept any errors on their part. So buyers beware!
Do not expect any sort of resolution for errors on their part. They expect you to pay to send the item back, which begrudgingly I will do .
Be warned do not use. Pay more for a decent company like Everest or wrist buddy’s. Their support is second to none.
I’ve learnt my lesson.

SCAMMERS!!! Sent the wrong product refuse to pay the return shipping. Not confident they’ll even process the refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

The only reason this is a 1* review is because I cannot give it less that that. Ordered a product and paid for it, got an email the next day saying they don't have it in stock, but the website still showed that they had it. Asked for a refund and they agreed, but the refund never came. It is now more than 30 days since they said they will refund me the money, so now I have disputed the transaction with Mastercard. I cannot say this enough - stay away from this shady website.

Very disappointing experience with Helvetus. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to buy from this company.

I placed an order which I never received. The courier initially marked the parcel as “delivered”, but the proof of delivery did not show the parcel being handed over to me or to an authorised recipient.

I therefore opened a formal investigation with the courier, GOFO. After completing their investigation, GOFO informed me that they suspected the parcel had been lost and issued an official Certificate of Loss.

GOFO also confirmed in writing that I should request a refund from the seller and that, once Helvetus had compensated me, Helvetus could subsequently seek compensation from GOFO.

Despite all of this, Helvetus continued to refuse a refund solely because the original tracking status in their system still showed “delivered”.

What makes this even more frustrating is that GOFO later confirmed that this tracking status cannot technically be changed once a shipment has been registered as delivered. Helvetus therefore continues to rely on a status that cannot be updated, while disregarding the courier’s investigation, loss certificate and compensation procedure.

The customer service throughout this process has been rigid and unhelpful. In my view, the focus has been more on avoiding a refund than on finding a fair solution for a customer who paid for a product that was never received.

In hindsight, I should have taken the negative reviews from other customers much more seriously before ordering. I have since also come across comments questioning the quality and origin of some of the products and comparing them to very cheap marketplace items. I cannot independently verify those claims, but combined with my own experience, they certainly do not inspire confidence.

This was my first and last experience with Helvetus. I now have to pursue the matter through my credit card provider simply to recover money for an item I never received.

Based on how this case has been handled, I honestly do not think a company that treats customers this way deserves to stay in business.

I would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to look elsewhere. I would not recommend buying anything from Helvetus.

Misleading luxury positioning and a refund that never came

Very disappointing experience. The company presents itself with a Swiss office address and markets its watch straps as being compatible with major luxury watch brands. Based on my experience, however, the product and service are far from what this presentation suggests.

My order arrived from China in a very cheap, basic envelope, and the strap was nowhere near the quality or finish I would expect from a product marketed in the luxury-watch segment.

The return process was equally disappointing. The refund policy is not transparent, and I had to go through numerous back-and-forth emails with a customer service representative named Mia just to deal with the return. Return shipping costs are not covered, which is another important point customers should be aware of before purchasing.

Most seriously, nine months after returning the product, I still have not received my refund. Despite repeated communication with customer service, the issue remains unresolved.

In my opinion, there is a significant disconnect between the company’s Swiss/luxury image and the actual purchasing experience. I would strongly recommend potential customers carefully investigate the company, product origin, return conditions, and refund process before placing an order.

For a company targeting owners of luxury watches, I expected a completely different level of transparency, quality, and customer service.

Total scam. Customer service is, from my perspective, an AI bot just avoiding any responsibility. I wanted to return the item after I figured out it was just drop-shipping and the quality is not worth the price. They refused to offer any return option although it clearly states on their website and it’s mandatory by law in my country. Don’t waste your time. Don’t buy there.

Have ordered twice from Helvetus and the straps arrived in about a week. Quality of the products is good & they also provide the tool to pop out the existing strap and fit the new one. Was wary of ordering due to the not-so-good reviews but no issues here, both orders arrived and a happy customer!

Helvetus misrepresented the quality of the strap. I paid nearly £50 for a strap which came from China which I could have bought from their Chinese supplier for £5. Getting a refund was very difficult, luckily I purchased using a credit card so was able to use the credit card company to leverage a refund.

Do not order from this company. Their description on the website is deceptive I ordered a strap did not fit my watch. I had to return it to them and pay to return it once it was returned. They said that a refund had been issued and it’s been now two months and I still have not seen the refund. I had to report them be very careful with them.

I purchased a watch strap for my VC Overseas earlier this year, the strap arrived damaged and inferior in quality.

I promptly returned the item and requested a full refund.

To date nearly four months later I am still to receive a refund.

Do not buy from Helvetus, their products are not Swiss made as advertised and their customer services untrustworthy and deliberately obstructive.

Dont fall victim like the rest of us on here, there is a reason they have a 1 star. Cheap products, doesn't even fit the watch, and good luck getting your money back. Spend the extra money and buy from Rubber B bands. Dont fall for the reviews on their page, its either AI or they had 2 good reviews out of a 1000 lol

You get what you pay for. Purchased a strap for my rolex sea-dweller ref 126600. Really crappy strap. The quality is way more in the $40 than the $100+ they ask for. should have just bit the bullet and bought a Rubber B Strap.

- strap does not fit flush with case as advertised
- EXTREMELY cheap clasp and sharp edges
- difficult return policy. how can you not mount the strap before you know if you want to return it??
- does NOT fit the glidelock clasp

Complete scam - please avoid this company - cheap rubbish drop shipped from China - shocking quality - non existent customer service - they are even playing games with chargebacks through the credit card company. Worst of the worst.

Strap doesnt look like the one on the website. Was already damaged. On the website it said it would fit my exakt watch reference only for it to be wayyy off. Feels criminal and like deception what they are doing. Very let down waste of time stay away!

I’m very happy with my purchase. The products are excellent quality and exactly what I was expecting.
The customer service was also excellent. I had a question regarding my delivery, and Mia was incredibly kind, helpful, and quick to respond. She handled everything professionally and made sure I received the assistance I needed. Excellent products and great customer service. I will definitely continue purchasing from Helvetus in the future. Highly recommended!

Yep, I've been scammed too. Very annoyed at myself for only searching for Helvetus reviews after I received my purchase... I purchased a green rubber strap for my Rolex Datejust 41mm. Slow delivery wat the first red flag. Cheap Chinese packaging was the next. The strap isn't even close to fitting my watch and isn't anything like the website images. 'Mia' at Helvetus believes I have a different variant of Datejust 41mm which is obviously impossible. Please don't be fooled by the website. This wasn't a cheap strap that I ordered. :(

Complete scam. China trash. Dropshipping for high end prices.

Its a SCAM - I've been waiting 3 months for a delivery. Repeated requests for a tracking number denied. No delivery date. No refund.

I purchased two straps for over £100 only to receive a package from Aliexpress for items costing a fraction of what I paid. Definitely not premium products as advertised. Avoid at all costs!!!!
