On 4/12/2026, I purchased a Vibra Tec plate for $1491 at Central Florida Home Expo. I selected delivery due to the item's weight and was told that it would be delivered by 4/14/2026 and the return window is 14 days. The item was not delivered as promised. The shipping label was created on 4/12, but the shipment did not progress and it got canceled by the shipper on 4/26. I made multiple attempts to obtain accurate shipment status and resolve the issue directly via text/calls. The explanations I received were inconsistent (e.g., “high sales volume,” “UPS logistics error,” and that the package appeared lost). On 4/28/2026, after 2 weeks with no delivery and no reliable evidence the item has shipped, I requested cancelation in writing due to non-delivery. Same day that I requested cancelation (4/28 @ 6:36 PM) the item was dropped off at UPS. On 4/29, I refused delivery and communicated to the business that I requested cancelation. Vibra Tec refused cancelation/refund, stating that they can only cancel/refund a sale within 3 days and all sales are final and non-refundable, which conflicts with what was represented at the time of sale. However, my complaint is primarily non-delivery and failure to fulfill the agreed delivery terms and I refused delivery only AFTER I requested cancelation in writing. I feel that this business offers poor customer support, lacks transparency, and has deceiving sales tactics.

Very disappointed with this company. I bought one of their devices at an event and later found out the pricing was all over the place, with people paying drastically different amounts for the exact same product. I also learned that the device is not made in the USA, despite how it was presented, and it can be found elsewhere for much less.

Customer service was rude and unhelpful when I reached out with concerns. I was eventually able to get a refund, but it was a hassle.

Strongly recommend doing your research before buying — there are better options out there. And do not pay more than $600...this thing is el-cheapo.

Purchased a Vibratec platform. Have received three since purchase. The first one had constant glitching of the control panel right out of the box. I contacted the company and they sent a second. Used it a couple of times and stopped working all together. Contacted the company and received a third. Plugged it in and half of the lights on the unit are not working. Three strikes and you’re out in my opinion.

Customer service was great. They responded quickly. They did eventually provide me a full refund.

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM! They claim lifelong warrantee. I called and emailed numerous times because I have a defective remote. There has been no response. Sales person assured me I could return if not happy. He will not return my calls either
