Customer support, while rarely needed, is courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I find live chat the easiest way to communicate with them. No wait times and quick resolution of any issues.
If you don't need unlimited quota, FBB gives you the choice of opting for a databanking plan with generous quota and signup bonus of 3500GB. This allows the discerning customer to save some money. Setup is $35 but this can be offset by using a referral code from a current customer. A referral code will get you $35 off your first invoice plus an additional 1000GB bonus for your data bank.
