I bought the Europe eSIM for my 7 week vacation to Europe and it worked well in France, Germany, Austria, Belgium and Holland and the eSIM worked really well. I am now in Spain (Barcelona) and the speed when we arrived slowed down a lot as the eSIM automatically defaulted to Vodafone. I manually changed it to on Movistar and the speed was fast again.

I’ve bought a few eSIMs from these guys but don’t think I’ll buy anymore. Usually when I install the eSIMs the APN is wrong so I have to manually change it, but I’m ok with that since they’re clear what the settings are and then they work after. They are cheap and they let me buy 1GB/day plans which are perfect for me.
But recently I drove the Hai Van pass in Vietnam and about halfway through the eSIM completely knocked out (cell service but no data). Naturally I was left stranded on the side of the highway without any way to know where to go. When I explained this to the company they didn’t really seem to care and wouldn’t even sponsor a new eSIM of equal value. Disappointing.

I had an issue with activating my esim and the customer service was very friendly and efficient.
I purchased two e-sims from this company. The Netherlands one worked, but not the Uganda sim. I spent an hour of my vacation with their technical support, trying different things, but nothing worked. I was forced to purchase a different SIM card. The company refused to reimburse me. Not happy about them.
Used the esim4 esim for Croatia. Got the QR code instantly after ordering and activation was easy. I forgot to enable roaming on the new esim but their customer service replied instanty and was very helpful in identifying the issue. They have an app called Yabb to check my data usage, recharge the esim, make calls and send SMS. Overall I am very happy.
I am currently in Vietnam and relied on the recommendation from here to buy an eSIM from this company. Absolutely no complaints and the eSIM worked so far very will.
Traveled from the US to Singapore, Malaysia Hong Kong Taiwan, Japan, Thailand and Vietnam. Initially, I bought an eSIM for each country when I landed but did not use up all the data before I left for the next destination. In Hong Kong, I bought their Asia eSIM which can be used for all the countries I was planning to visit so I did not waste any unused data. I am at the intercontinental in Danang, Vietnam and the speed of that eSIM is faster than the hotel’s Wifi.
I bought a 1GB - 7 days esim for my trip to Japan from their website. The QR code to install the Esim arrived by email a few minutes after I ordered. I installed the esim on my mobile in Australia before I left for Tokyo and when I arrived my phone showed that I had a data connection with Docomo. The connection never dropped out during my 5 day vacation in Japan and the speed was faster than what I was getting with my Australian carrier
Used esim4 while travelling around new zealand recently, only purchased a small package 2gb and worked as expected, I activated it when I got there and was perfect for keeping track of my work emails and socials.
I ordered a 7 days, 1GB Fiji eSIM for my wife and I for a week long holiday in Fiji and without thinking, I installed the eSIM on my mobile 2 days before we left when I received the QR code immediately after ordering. I was afraid that I would not be able to use it for the full week in Fiji as I installed and activated it in Australia before we left. However, eSIM4 customer service assured me that the esim will only be activated in Fiji upon arrival and that the 7 days expiry will only start on arrival in Fiji. I was suspicious of this and was very worried I would not have any data for my last 2 days in Fiji but it was indeed the case and I got really fast data during my whole 7 day vacation and got data on my mobile immediately on arrival at Nadi airport. Hope this helps someone who is unsure of when the activation period starts.
You have to reboot few times a day, and sometimes it doesn't work at all. Just got lost in car and 1 hour busy bit couldn't get ot working. Don't use this service on Curaçao
I am on a gap year and traveling around the world and have bought several Esims from these guys and they have all work flawlessly. I get the QR code for the Esim instantly after I order and it is easy to activate. Most recently I was in Europe and could get a 5G connection nearly everywhere on my Android and Iphone.
Love you work guys!
Installed ESIM for Bosnia- Herz. Didnt work. Save your money and buy when you get there. To their credit the charge was reversed but would have preferred it to have worked but they made it as right as they could
wifi doesn't work and costumer service is terrible no reply whatsoever, still trying to get refund for service that i bought and didn't get
Not working well at the country which I am not able to connect most of the time. It is really frustrating especially when you really need to use the data.
We bought eSIM card for Kazahstan.
Unfortunately it is not working here in Almaty.
Installation was easy QR code worked - but no internet.
My conclusion is that this site Can't be trusted!
I ordered 10 gigs of data for myself and 3 gigs for my mom. The first day I got here, I activated it and it worked fine going from the airport to my place of stay, but as soon as I got into the place of stay, I noticed the signal was weening, so I decided not to activate my mom's just in case there was a problem with the sim. And for three days, my signal would work and would not. I don't understand how it could be throttling me, like one had suggested, since I only used a gig and had 9 gigs left. I did not buy the unlimited plan. I'd get signal for maybe an hour a day, and then I was left with nothing the rest of the day, which defeats the purpose. It used the grameenphone signals, so I thought I'd get a grameenphone local sim directly, and my phone now had signal at all times and the internet worked seamlessly. Since I already had activated the sim, it wasn't eligible for a refund for mine, but I had the foresight to wait to activate it on my mom since it was acting funky on mine, so I got a refund for her. Not sure about all countries, but it didn't work well in Bangladesh. You're better off getting a local sim there. This experience has soured my taste for this company though, and I won't be using it again.
