Worst public transport in Nordics!
Worst public transport I've ever been in! Trains without number/names, not clear where they go or where you are on the way, and ALWAYS LATE and crowded. Old, dirty. Horrible!
The most awful transport system that I…
The most awful transport system that I ever experienced.
No trains during the weekend and not even buses to reach the destination.
Amazing!!!
Unbelievable.
Unbelievable.
You pay premium for first class (no toilet access in 1st) so then you discover you can’t access toilets as people (not in 1st class) are asleep on the floor or the access is so crowded that it’s not worth it.
Flying from today.
Clean up your act DSB!

Train from Roskilde to Copenhagen
Time: 15:56
Paid regular ticket, there wasn't any seat available and people were standing pressed like sardines in a jar!
Temperature inside the train like a oven without any circulation of air.
Ashame of you!!!!!
You guys have the worst system ever…
You guys have the worst system ever ,There is no accountability or system. Cancelling a train without prior notice that is terrible.
Worse train service possible!!!
Worse train service possible!!!
Trains come late, seat tickets sold out, shortage of carriages, people standing as sardines in a tin can, even worse, I pay almost 5000 Danish Krone per month for a monthly card to commute from the city of Vejle to Copenhagen….(and stand around 2,5 hours per ride)… Absolutely disgraceful (unhuman)!!!
Sold out all seat
Sold out all seat, but no other train toward the countryside.
Extra cost to take a seat.
Or simply standing :-(

I got a ticket because I ran into the train to catch it last minute. And when I got into the train my ticket had not been bought yet because the connection was extremely bad. When it finally connected it had been a few stations since I was on a S-train. And when they came to check my ticket I got a fine because they could see I had bought it not very long ago but still from the station I started at. Now I have been trying to pay the fine, but the website doesn’t let me, even others have tried for me without success. This is truly frustrating.
It was never good and its actually…
It was never good and its actually getting much worse. Dropping stops randomly, with no reason given, delays, canceled trains. I pay a lot of money for the monthly ticket and i feel scammed. I take Stog but the big trains are NEVER on time. I saw Stog driving on the left this past weekend. They could not even properly handle that.
Enough Is Enough, DSB
If you commute to work with DSB, or if you're forced to rely on DSB, you'll eventually either lose your job or get sick from the stress. It's as if all the incompetence in the world has gathered there. The level of incompetence and poor management is beyond belief. I'm really starting to run out of patience.
15 minutes since the train stopped
15 minutes since the train stopped, all trains pass by. I don't know what is going on, super unprofessional. Always late

Absoluty the worst experience of my live, no air conditioning between the carts, u have to stand in a not cooled spot with around 20 more people not doable. Further never on time and sinply the worst in europe.

Have been using DSB in the last month both for my commute and for leisure. Although, I have had several bad experiences with delays in the recent past, I have to give praise when praise is deserved.
Worst train company in Europe
Worst train company in Europe. Always late, always cancel trains without notice, and charge you as a top-rate company. It was good a couple of years ago, but now just disgusting. Always something broken, something not working, problems with the line, and 0 solutions
Yesterday i had the most amazing trip…
Yesterday i had the most amazing trip with DSB, because of a crew member called Jan Petersen, trip from Aalborg(10:03) to vejle, not only that Jan was an amazing person to talk to but also he was engaging and supportive with other travelers, you can be proud of Jan.
In the past few weeks, DSB has been on time exactly 0 times
I use the trains 3 times a week and they are never on time. A 20-minute delay is now basically the standard. Completely unreliable service - I can’t plan anything around these trains anymore.
Traveling with children should not be this stressful.
Our train from Berlin to Hamburg (DB) is delayed and then cancelled due to a mechanical fault. DB puts us up in a hotel overnight and rebooks us for the next day. On the rebooked journey through Denmark with DSB (ICL 50050, Fredericia to CPH Lufthavn), our reserved wagon isn’t part of the train — it doesn’t exist on the platform.
No clear communication, just confusion trying to find a seat with children in tow.
When I showed the conductor my reservation and asked about the missing wagon, he simply said “81 doesn’t exist” and nothing else — no proactive help, no explanation. When I asked what I should do, he told me to sit anywhere, in a dismissive tone. When I then walked toward first class, he shouted that it is first class — without even looking at the reservation I was holding out to him. When I pointed out I’d already shown it to him, he said “it’s a German ticket,” as if that excused the lack of help. I have a booking through to Copenhagen and a wagon that doesn’t exist — this should have been handled proactively, not with attitude.
Between the two operators, our combined journey is now delayed by more than 6 hours. This is what our kids are learning right now: that trains mean cancellations, missing wagons, and staff who won’t help instead of a fun and relaxing way to travel. Not the memory we wanted to give them.
Traveling with children should not be this stressful. This is a level of unreliability and customer service we haven’t experienced with rail travel elsewhere.
Dear DSB, How can you remove the wagon which already booked and don’t even communicate properly and politely?
Expensive & unreliable
Was supposed to arrive in Aarhus but stopped in Odense. Initially they said we would get picked up by a togbus but they have changed their mind in the meantime and asked us to wait 2 hours for next train.
If you need to get from Copenhagen to Aarhus do yourself a favour and take Flix bus or kombardo instead , fair price and reliable.
The worst transport in the entire…
The worst transport in the entire world. My wife is on the edge to lose here airplain because of this unprofessional company. The worst of the worst. If you travel from any part of Denmark to Copenhagen better take flixbuss, avoid this train!!! I have traveled with this DSB for 2 years. There were delay’s minimum 3 times a week and they had cancellations another 2 times a week!!! The worst of the worst!! If i could give them minus 5 stars i would!!!
