Zero selection, angry employees and they NEVER man their checkouts as they should. Avoid this place like the plague.

I had a wonderful experience at Netto, Akcietorvet in Farum during rush hour. My Google Pay failed at the till and required my physical bank card, which I had left at home. I was stuck, but the floor manager stepped in like a true friend. He quickly took me to a different till and helped me pay using MobilePay instead.

If he hadn't helped me on the spot, I would have had to walk all the way home to get my card and come back. Instead, he sorted out the payment problem within a few minutes, saving my time and allowing me to get on with the rest of my day.

My hearty thanks to Netto and its staff members at Akcietorvet 1 store in Farum, specifically the floor manager who helped me. I sadly didn't get his name because the store was very busy, but kudos to him for valuing my time and saving me from a precarious situation. Amazing service! Thanks.

Very rude and impolite staff. I have had my ever worst experience there. They gave me inedible moldy vegetables in 'too good to go' bag and when I asked them to replace the moldy items they said 'this is what is'. I asked for the manager, the staff named 'Was...' said I am the manager. He refused to tell me his name (the cashier later told me the name), he refused to show that he is the true manager and instead started to bully. I was talking and complaining but instead he just left. I asked the cashier to call him back but he screamed from the end of the aisle that 'this is what it is'. It seems that the staff solved problems in his original country like this aggressive way and has brought the same 'self-made rule' here. Totally disappointed to see how the store respects its customers. I submitted a complaint to the customer service, but it turned out that they gave privilege to their own staff rather than hearing the customer words and experiences. The customer service said that they will write to the district manager to call me to hear my complain. Now, three weeks has passed without any call.
Totally disappointed from this branch.

I love Netto. It has a lot of offers on groceries especially on Protein powder and eggs. I compare prices with other food stores and this one I prefer the most.

Yesterday,I asked for Lycamobile simcard and paid 100 Krone but instantly the staff gave me top up credit,I told them I asked for Simcard, not top up but they did mistake and didn't take responsibility,I think they do not notice to customer' request.They are non responsible for their mistakes and unfortunately do not take customer'request seriously.They are non reliably for their tasks.

There is a woman (or man) with short white hair who displays very racist behavior toward people who are not white with blonde hair and blue eyes. I have friends, neighbours and acquaintances who have had a very difficult time with her because she speaks to certain people in a cold, phlegmatic, and disrespectful way.
She is also aggressive. There is another man who behaves the same way, they both work there as something like boutique managers or supervisors. They seem to have a “higher” status than regular workers, which is probably why they feel entitled to treat others poorly.
Unfortunately, Netto’s customer service has done nothing to address this situation, despite the way these individuals behave toward customers. Shame on netto!!!

I bought 2 packages of chicken meat and its very smelly🤢 its far from the expired date. I have to threw it away waste of money.

Netto staff at smidstrup gilleleje strandvej are super rude. We experienced staff at 17:00 that just throws your stuff on a conveyer belt and did not issue and receipt nor asked when upon being asked for one and totally ignores you.

Using Nette app and that works.
I was so annoyed by the mess and the wrong price tags that I frequently experience. But as I started using the app and the self-checkout, it really works for me.
It is cheap, even though the big discounts are never there (I shop in the evening). So it works for me.

It is ok. Fine.

Unfriendly, dirty, lowest quality of goods and services.

The rating is due to the "butikschef" rude behavior. He don't know how to treat the customers

I got ticket twice from Europark. Its like they are waiting someone to park in front of Netto Gadehavegårdsvej and give them ticket, Its like they are hunting!
First time timezone changed so they gave ticket beacuse Park one device didn't updated itself, Second time battery died while I was in Netto. Both time I contacted Euro Park but I had to pay. Now I hardly shop from Netto. I would reather go to place where I don't have to worry about parking.

Netto are so aggressively increasing their prices (or price gouging their customers to use another term) that more often than is acceptable you will find one price on the shelf and another when you go to pay for the item. I've raised this before and they've not bothered to reply to me, I can only assume by their silence that they're happy to continue with this practice.
It's funny how it never works the other way around, I have never experienced taking an item to the checkout and seen a lower price. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Garbage supermarket. If I had the time, I would see to it that they would get fined for this.

I'm so sad that I feel I have to write about this, because I actually used to like to come and shop in Netto. But not just lately, but the last few years I see that the service is getting worse and inacceptable! Especially with some(!) of the (but unfortunately a lot of them) young employees. So you leave feeling disrespected and angry, and as if they have no respect for you as a person or a customer what so ever. That makes you not want to come there anymore, which I won't of course. But it shouldn't be like that. I would like to see a change, where ALL OF THE STAFF, every employee, prioritize SERVICE for the costumers. Otherwise what is the point in working in a supermarked, especially by the counter? So I think it is up to the leaders to educate and hire the right people, so they have a better store.

I got a parking ticket when parking on the parking lot outside Netto Hadsundvej Aalborg. This is a very disappointing treatment of customers. Where I'm from and in the civilised world as a whole one can park the car outside the shop when shopping, without getting this treatment. I will never set my foot in a Netto supermarked again.

During my recent visit to Netto, I was unjustly accused by one of the cashiers of attempting to steal items. Despite having made a legitimate purchase at another store prior to entering Netto, I was interrogated and asked to show my receipt and the contents of my bag. This accusation left me feeling embarrassed and frustrated, as I had done nothing wrong. The incident highlighted a lack of trust and respect towards customers, tarnishing my perception of the store.

One star is one too many.
The stores are always messy, the staff is the worst, they pick up just any kid and they hang around like if they own the place, the prices are not that low, and there is a lot of rotten food.
Stores to avoid at all costs.

I visited store with my wife for Christmas Shopping between 14-16. When I enter in to store all staff including operation manager looking at me like am stealing something and followed me although I have paid for everything. I felt very irritated and feeling so bad the way they behaved. Very disappointed with this kind of attitude of staff. Don’t recommend to visit… 😡🤬

This is just my fault that I trust easily to Netto
