I've had a poor experience just ordering swatches from them, which has put me off ordering a bed.

I ordered 5 free fabric swatches from them, and whilst delivery was fast, only 3 swatches arrived. I sent an email to the address listed on their website to ask about the remaining 2 swatches. After about 1 week, with no reply, I decided to contact them via whatsapp, only to be told that the fabrics were out of stock and should be available the following week. However, it seems that if I hadn't enquired, I would have been none the wiser. I was also told that once they arrived they would get both samples sent out to me... that was on the 21st August. It is now the 5th September and I am still waiting. There has been no follow-up or anything. Its a shame because I really do like their bed frames, but communication is a big deal for me and I don't have time to chase.

I ordered a fabric swatch pack. The fabric looks lovely and was delivered quickly.

First bed delivery never arrived, second came with the wrong parts. Bed looks nice once finally set up. No offer for compensation

Really pleased with quality and ease of assembly, delivery drivers were excellent and friendly. Little issue with samples but got sorted. Super efficient delivery from order.

The quality of the head board and bed is amazing. The headboard had a fault but after photographs sent and a few messages the customer care team sorted it swiftly with a replacement. Also the guys who delivered the items were very pleasant with excellent communication throughout.

The item is good quality and as expected. The waiting time for getting a delivery date is too long. And on the actual day of delivery there were long delays. However very happy with the item and the assembly service

Easy to navigate web site, full and comprehensive product description, gallery of product photographs excellent, fabric selection confirmed with delivery samples. Good communication throughout, efficient and professional delivery ahead of time including bed assembly by two very polite friendly and efficient professional guys. The quality of the product lived up to expectations. Great experience with Comodo Living from start to finish. Highly recommend this company.

Today I received my item from Comodo Living, a Lola bed and nest mattress and I am happy beyond words but not only for my items but for the guys who delivered and assembled the bed for me. I have never seen more dedication to help a customer than from the two young men who attended my home today. They kept me fully updated on my time slot and arrived exactly when they said. They were perfect gentleman even after I informed them my lift was not working. They were polite to all my neighbours and could not help me enough. I offered my help due to lift not working but they refused for me to do anything except point them in the right direction. I can honestly say I have never had the pleasure of meeting two delivery drivers as kind and hard working as these two guys. My hat goes off to them both truly amazing to see such hard working guys who never complained for 1 min about their workload. Real Genuine guys who took every bit of work in their stride with a smile on their face. Outstanding truly Outstanding work. If only the rest of the world could be like these guys it maybe a better place to live 10 out of 10, well done Comodo.

Wonderful beds and great quality- we bought two and we are delighted with the quality and design.

We are delighted with our bed from Comodo Living. The quality is excellent, with a beautifully refined finish that really elevates the piece. We chose the Lola bed in the Lovely Coral colourway, and the velvet is pristine and incredibly soft to the touch.

We would definitely recommend Comodo Living.

They took exactly what they said within 6 weeks so i received my bed in the 6th week they the deliver man was very kind I know I paid for assembly service but I was not home my little daughter was the help with putting my heavy mattress in bed connected everything they were very patient, delivery service was perfect

Very pleased with my new bed. The build quality is good, it feels really sturdy but also looks great in the upholstered fabric I selected. I had a couple issues with custom measurements which were frustrating but the team always responded well, which made all the difference.
