Repair team were good
Just had Sary come out on a Sunday to fix my daughters bed which was sent with damaged drawers, very helpful, got the job done quick and very friendly. Thank you.
I'm happy ish with the beds. 2 beds purchased in the space of a week and both had defects. Not good but the customer service has been good so I'll rate 5 stars for that.

Excellent company to deal with
Excellent company to deal with, the delivery service was spot on Abu and Seedat we're highly professional when delivering my bed took great care when carrying the bed and mattress upstairs.
The quality of the mattress and bed are brilliant. Very happy with everything I've ordered. I would highly recommend Sonno.

SARY was a fantastic guy
SARY was a fantastic guy , has a good communciation skill and the job was done exceeding my expectation. I am really happy with how he works, he was very friendy as well as professional in assembling my bed.
However, my experience with the first team for the delivery and assembly was terrible as they did not make an effort in taking the delivery upstairs especially my headboard as they decided that it would not fit then just up and left which ended up with my headboard to be split so it can fit as they thought neither did they leave the other materials needed for assemblying my bed as they were just lazy towards the whole situation . But, SARY made a huge effort and even suggested that the headboard could fit without being split. I am really grateful towards SARY and his team.

Really happy with my new king size bed…
Really happy with my new king size bed and mattress so far. But not really happy with the delivery at all. Bought a double bed from sonno 3 yrs ago and happy with it so decided to buy a kingsize bed from them.
On the arranged delivery date, I asked if they could help me to move the double bed from main bedroom to small bedroom and happy to pay a fee. They said no, only allow to assemble the new bed. So I had to rearrange a date for delivery, my partner and me to move the bed first ourselves.
On the second delivery date, they brought the mattress in first and they said it wouldnt pass the stairs cos the mattress might be bend and they are not allow to bend it at all , even i said its ok I wont complain, they still wouldn't take it upstairs but only took the bed to the bedroom. There was no shoes off when they assemble the bed and seem they dont really know what they are doing cos one of them was checking the video to see how to set up the bed.
I later found out they were from delivery company not Sonno staff. Cos when I bought my first bed they were Sonno staff and were really Professional and shoes off in the house etc. I dont mind delivery company but at least they should train their staff properly.
