I said that was fine. Weeks and they still haven’t come, no tracking is available. I have emailed but no reply, yet I got another message to review. So disappointing

I bought Mad Hatter coloured lenses and the colours is so transparent they bearly change the colour of my eyes. Nothing like the product photos on the website. Disappointed since I have bought coloured lenses from this company many times and never had this problem before.

WARNING DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
You are a scamming lying piece of work. Everyone will warned to stay away & I will make it my best to tell them. You lied when you said you sent the lenses I paid for, then you told me you would express post me a full box of lenses. That too was a lie as I still haven’t recieved anything. You best be refunding my full amount now to my original payment method or I will escalate this further.

Placed an order of around $1,500 on the 8th June 2025.
Each time they reply to an email they state the stock will be in ‘the next week’ or I can get a refund. I have consistently asked for a refund and promised it would be provided that day.
It has been almost 6 months now that I’ve been trying to get my money back. The phone number is disconnected and they have stopped replying to emails. All of which have been very professional and understanding on my end, but this is now beyond a joke!

Not worth express shipping.
Paid express shipping on a Tuesday, packing label was created the next morning. My package wasn’t received by Auspost until Monday the week after. My 2-3 business days shipping took atleast 4 business days just to get to the courier.

Contacts and other products ordered were exactly as described. Really happy with how they looked and felt. This was my first time using any sort of contact lens and they weren't uncomfortable or irritating in any way. Can't wait to use them with my costumes. Only down side was a bit of a lag with delivery. But the pros far outweigh that.

I love colourvue I been using for about 4+ yrs now there colours are natural and soft to the eye I have had problems in the past with other contact lenses where they have left my eyes dried out and needed a script to improve my condition
