Really good customer service. Mark was great

Australia post messed up but the staff still chose to help me out even though it wasn’t their fault

The communication with this company is fast and they go above and beyond. With my first order my express packaging was damaged and my lenses were lost in transit. I contacted the company theu appologised and they reposted me a replacement the very next day.
I can't wait to wear them.

The customer service goes above and beyond here! After my package was stolen out of my mailbox, I contacted their team and they responded straight away. They then offered to resend the package with express shipping so it came in time for Halloween. Absolutely incredible experience!

I’ve purchased from MesmerEyez a few times now, and I’ve always been really happy with both the products and the service. The quality is great, and the customer service is always fantastic!

Unfortunately, my most recent order seemed to have gotten lost in the mail. I emailed Mark, and he got back to me straight away. He was so helpful and understanding, explaining that these things can happen sometimes with Auspost and offering to send out a replacement set via express post.

I really appreciate how quickly he responded and how willing he was to help resolve the issue. It’s service like this that makes you want to keep coming back to a business!

Really good quality lenses, super comfortable and opaque! I usually order the 3 month mini scleras for cosplay and the price is really affordable and they look amazing. They also run deals and discounts quite often, so if you can definitely keep an eye out.

Ok lenses are great, they arrive quickly and there's a million to choose from. I've settled on 50 shades grey for my brown eyes just because I think they don't look too fake, but do look somewhat striking.

Only problem is the same as with every coloured lens company's website - you can't tell how they'll look until you put them on your eyes, despite the example pics. You need to figure out how to have before/after example photos for every natural eye colour and every lens, so we can pick more accurately.

Anyway, would recommend.
