Destroyed the surface of my car

I found the scent strong and pleasant enough.

However, I put it in a diffuser from another brand - that I used with that brands product that was near identical in consistency and function for 6 months with 0 issues, no leaks, no residue, nothing. As someone who likes to try everything, I then purchased the Carscent refill and put it in the other diffuser that was completely fine, half-filled as recommended, the diffuser sits in a way it cannot budge at all. The carscent product has produced a residue as it diffused that, while barely detectable to touch and could not be seen (otherwise I would have fixed it immediately!), was enough to make its way down the diffuser and eat through/melt the surface the diffuser sat on. It was in my car barely a month. I went to take the diffuser out and it had fused into the plastic that had been melted/eaten away by this substance. The whole dash will have to be removed to replace the part that was damaged.

A blanket "may cause damage" might suffice if it were to discolour or stain, but does not excuse a product that is not fit for purpose and the very fumes cause such damage! This product should not be sold for use in vehicles that result in extremely costly repairs!

DO NOT BUY.

Leaked and damaged my interior

Tried it even tho it was pricey, leaked and it doesn’t even have strong projection even with the ac on. Customer service is non existent and slow delivery.

Better to stick to Woolies freshener.

The product is not good at all

The product is not good at all, I've been using it from last 5 days in my brand-new car but it just does not smell anything until and unless you put your nose into the bottle. When you get into car it just not smells. I follow the instruction by scanning the QR code on the box and follow the exact way they mentioned to set it up but does not make any difference. It is just good marketing but definitely needs improvement on the product. This is my genuine feedback. May be the one which goes on AC vent works bit better as fragrance can be spread by AC winds. Also the fragrance is good but it just not spreading into car. My order number 21871, I bought two bottles.
