I have been waiting for over 2 mth for my delivery. And they dont respond to messages. Very disappointed and ripped off

If I could rate it zero stars I would. this company was okay at first. I made a smaller order to make sure i'd actually get it then placed another order June 2025 and Its now August 2026 and still has not arrived, no emails back despite my consistent emails and attempts to contact them for over a year now. No product, no refund no nothing-just completely ghosted.

I placed three separate $220 orders and paid extra for Express Post, expecting them to be dispatched promptly. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for a tracking number for any of the orders.

The lack of communication is very concerning, and I'm beginning to worry that my items may not be sent at all. I understand delays can happen, but customers deserve updates, especially when paying for express shipping.

At this stage, I'm disappointed with the service and hope the seller provides tracking information and dispatches my orders as soon as possible. :-(

Will change to 5 star if get some form of correspondence. $660 is allot of money when there is concern about items being sent at all.. have emailed. No response. I hope company is just very busy causing delay. 🤷‍♂️

Disappointed been over 10 days!! paid express shipping emailed the company twice they will not except my email and it says it still hasn’t been shipped don’t think I’ll be getting my money back or my order would not buy from this website scam

So far not good experience. I placed an order 8 days ago. Have had no email or updates saying it's been shipped or posted.. I sent an email 2 days ago, but no response to my email. I feel like it's an order I'm not going to receive

It has been quite an ordeal but the company is going to refund me the order I didn’t receive. I have dealt with this company quite a lot and never had a problem before this. Their service has always been quick and efficient. I hope my future orders will arrive as before.

This website is scamming. Been 10 days still nothing happens, no reply email or text. This a scam website i had lost $200 for this shit. Don’t trust the good reviews on here that is fake reviews.

I’ve never made a purchase and im just sus as hell on all these reviews…

Placed an order and received the confirmation email. Replied to the email as instructed. Nothing further was received. No notification that my goods were posted...Nothing! I have tried emailing again, no reply. Tried the 'contact us' button on the website, nothing. Tried phoning the number on the website, nothing, doesnt even ring through. Was very hopeful after reading such positive reviews on here. I guess I shouldnt be surprised when doing stuff like this. Expensive lesson learned.

Always got my order but I believe they got shutdown

Have seen good reviews so ordered from Iget Australia. Still not dispatched after three days, no reply on WhatsApp messages. What the hell is going on?
I've heard that they have shut down that still taking our money FFS!

I am yet after 2 weeks waiting for any sign of tracking or even mine been sent. Then I go onto my order and click on tracking and it says this website no longer available. Money back please if you can't supply

Placed order with this company ,but they never respond they blocked me off there site ,this company is 100percent a scam save your money they never respond scam scam scam scam

Placed my order nearly 3 weeks ago received my tracking number hasn’t move in over a week will not order from this store again!

Paid over $200 for an order I never got. Worst customer service I have ever come across. Do not buy from this place. You will get ripped off!
