Great fast service and quality products, I highly recommend this company.

This website is scamming. Been 10 days still nothing happens, no reply email or text. This a scam website i had lost $200 for this shit. Don’t trust the good reviews on here that is fake reviews.

I’ve never made a purchase and im just sus as hell on all these reviews…

Placed an order and received the confirmation email. Replied to the email as instructed. Nothing further was received. No notification that my goods were posted...Nothing! I have tried emailing again, no reply. Tried the 'contact us' button on the website, nothing. Tried phoning the number on the website, nothing, doesnt even ring through. Was very hopeful after reading such positive reviews on here. I guess I shouldnt be surprised when doing stuff like this. Expensive lesson learned.

Always got my order but I believe they got shutdown

Have seen good reviews so ordered from Iget Australia. Still not dispatched after three days, no reply on WhatsApp messages. What the hell is going on?
I've heard that they have shut down that still taking our money FFS!

I am yet after 2 weeks waiting for any sign of tracking or even mine been sent. Then I go onto my order and click on tracking and it says this website no longer available. Money back please if you can't supply

Placed my order nearly 3 weeks ago received my tracking number hasn’t move in over a week will not order from this store again!

Paid over $200 for an order I never got. Worst customer service I have ever come across. Do not buy from this place. You will get ripped off!

Site is legit. Fast postage. Can only pay with pay id or bank deposit. Known for out of date vapes. Tonnes of variety. Getting very expensive though.

Update: 24/05 on its way should receive on Wednesday TY IGETAUSTRALIA. Update 21/05/26 STILL not received my products, over 2 WEEKS and still NOTHING. Have tried emailing and unable to get through on the website or info @ iget Australia .com. Update 13/5/26 my order shipped, very happy now that my parcel on its way. I was looking for IGET Vapes on Google and this particular website came up, I looked in the website for the product I wanted, and I saw the one I want, and they came in a bundle of 10 as well, it was priced at $620 for that product, I purchased the package on the 28/04/2026 when I went to the checkout, they added $31 for express shipping on top of the of the $620 which the total came to $651.

The system said that the package would take 2-3 business days for it to come to my address.
My order number is 202604280161.
I placed my order, but until today, I have not received anything and I have emailed them so many time, and not once did they respond back to me.

The only way you communicate with the company is to write a message on their website, but you don't know if your message gets properly sent to them or not because I have not received any reply from them and there is no record of it.

I'm not sure if this website is a SCAM or if they are REAL.
The real problem is they don't communicate properly or at all.
So, I still am hoping I get my product or they get back to me because $651 is a lot of money.

I had placed many orders with no problems. I ordered on 2 january2026. Order number 202601020329 and have not received. Have emailed many times only responded once initially saying it would be delivered when stock was in. Since then no reply. Poor service non delivery and no response.

There was a slight delay due to public holiday and ofcourse i went into worst case scenario mode!

Staff continuously reassured me and ...well they were not lying!

Got tracking number when they said i would and it's all going to plan!

I will be more patient and calm on my next order and trust fully in this reliable business!

I will update my review once delivery has been received, but overall I'd recommend this store to anyone!

What a phenomenal team! They are not wrong when they say they ship in 24 hours!! Ordered from these guys twice and received them within 2 days and I'm rural!! Will be ordering from them again!!
