I've been using the CTEK solar controllers with an AGM battery in my camper van for the last 8 years. They have worked flawlessly that whole time. My AGM battery recently died and CTEK helped me upgrade my system for lithium batteries. I haven't installed them yet, because I am still waiting to get the Smartpass 120S, but I am sure making this upgrade will go smoothly.

bought a CTEK XS 0.8 about 3 or 4 years ago. After some time of not using it, I needed the charger again for maintaining one of our batteries at home. But the charger didn't work anymore. I asked CTEK directly via their website for a replacement within the 5-year warranty, but I didn't remember where I bought the charger at that time, and even didn't have proof of purchase anymore. No problem for CTEK, they replaced the charger promptly at no cost! Fast and fair acting and clear communication. Thank you!

Maintenence charger (0.8xs) stopped working after 5 years of faithful service. Contacted ctek through their web portal outlining the issue. Wasn't hopeful as most manufacturers just fob you off with "outside warranty - bad luck". Not ctek! They considered my application quickly and provided a replacement charger completely free. A very simple process. Absolutely the best customer service and warranty claim I've ever experienced. Have told many people about this and simply just recommend the ctek chargers. Will definitely buy a full size ctek charger when my repco el cheapo one dies.

I have been using a CTEK MXS 5.0 in my 2007 Jaguar XKR for the last 10 months. Unfortunately, our home was struck by lightning and the charger shorted out. (Maybe it protected the car?)

I contacted CTEK about the issue and they shipped me a replacement charger promptly and at no cost. It is nice to find a company that stands behind their product.

Quality product and very simple to do business with. I needed a Cig Connector that was shipped separately and CTEK refunded my shipping fee.

I purchased a Lithium charger from CTEK for a 2026 Porsche 911 Carrera T. Some Carrera models were produced with AGM batteries which makes for a confusing situation when seeking a battery minder. CTEK provided exceptional customer support in exchanging for an AGM/wet-cell battery. I have used CTEK charges for more than 5 years. These units are fully reliable as demonstrated by the CTEK warranty. Highly recommended product and customer support.

I'd never expect a half-way passed warranty to be honored, but CTEK made it. Such a bad for business revenue but truly respectful and trustworthy move. I bought a CTEK charger for my Giulia off Amazon years ago, it was w/ 5 year warranty. 4 years and 3 mo. passed, then it suddenly stopped working, none of the LED indicator lit when plugged in to wall outlet @ correct 110AC. I contacted Amazon and after some struggling and I submitted a claim but Amazon says nothing they can do - suggest me to contact CTEK instead.
I followed the guidence thoroughly on CTEK website and film it to prove my charger's status. The CTEK customer staff, Leo, contacted me and helped me escalate the case to send me a replacement. I got it today from FedEx! As a APAC region customer, where we get used to cheap products and warranty claim works like shxt when dealing with whole sale platform from CHINA. You have no idea how tear bursting and heart warming this experience w/ CTEK means to me. It's not just about money, it's about how an honest Company value their product and honor its warranty period, regardless of region of sales and have faith in their own prodcut quality. I would defnitely continue to recommend CTEK charger to fellow car owners as I have been doing. They are not OEM partners for no reason.

Have a very old(over 15 years) 25000 charger that a few of the Plastic alligator clips covers have been lost. I asked them if I could buy some replacements from them and they sent them to me for free.

The charger still works perfectly and I use it pretty often. I would certainly buy another one if this one ever retires. Thanks!

I contacted CTEK really to inform them that I was very disappointed with one of their "on sellers" on eBay. The part I had purchased in my opinion was not of the quality that I expected. Discussions with that reseller had proved fruitless. Without hesitation I was offered a replacement part, sent directly to me. Outstanding.

After more than three years of almost daily use on my car the charger stopped working. I contacted CTEK about the problem. I got an immediate friendly response, completed a simple form with a couple of pictures and a day later a replacement was mailed. I couldn’t be happier!

Amazing product, if it is good enough for Jay Leno its good enough for me. Also, CTEK customer service and communication has to be one of the best and easiest I have ever delt with!

My 0.8amp unit failed after 18 months, but, to CTEKs credit they quickly made good on their warranty and I have another one already being shipped out. Great customer service!

Over the past 3 to 5 years I have purchased six CTEK MXS 5.0 chargers. Just one failed within seven months and CTEK replaced it very quickly and with no hassles. All others have been working with no problems. Thank you CTEK!
