Worst cabin we’ve ever experienced in…
Worst cabin we’ve ever experienced in 30 years of travelling with Brittany Ferries. Supposedly 4 berth, but absolutely tiny with zero facilities. On deck 5, listening to car alarms all evening. Not looking forward to trying to sleep. One plug socket, high up in one corner of the room. My wife had to use the bunk bed ladder to reach it. Bathroom is disgraceful, sink cracked, mould on all silicon joints and shower curtain looks like it’s from the 70’s and never been cleaned/changed, also lots of hair left from last occupants. Bottle of water is 2.8 euros, absolute rip off after spending £1100 for a two way crossing. Asked if we could upgrade, took our details but never called even though I was early on the list. Wifi is terrible, every time I use my phone I’ve got to re connect even though staff on info desk showed me correct methodology, ie airplane mode and allow tracking . Still useless. Waste of money This was meant to be the relaxing classy start to the holiday. Instead it’s been a stress inducing poor experience, you should be ashamed of yourselves for providing an awful experience at a rip off price. Restaurant was nice mind, lovely food, lovely staff.
