Absolutely obsessed and can’t stop my self from buying out the whole store . Such beautiful and elegant pieces . My most favourite part is the fact that it doesn’t rust at all and is for life . The costumer service is also very good and helpful. Any time I have had jewellery that is damaged they immediately respond and provide sufficient support.

I’ve ordered from Bohomoon multiple times now as I love their range of jewellery, they’ve got a wide range and it’s great quality plus not too yellow gold. Their customer service is great, always very responsive and helpful. When I had a bracelet link snap previously they replaced the bracelet for me. Recently I’d ordered some duplicate earrings for ones I already owned but had lost. Imagine my surprise when I got an email refunding me because I won a ‘Win your order back’ competition. It made my day as I didn’t even realise they were running a competition! I’m one happy customer who will be continuing to purchase from Bohomoon and recommending them wherever I can

First of all the customer service is 10/10 I contacted them to see when the Laurel earings would be back in stock as I wanted the full set. They let me know when they were available but I also had everything on their birthday sale for £12 each item. The Jewellery is beautiful and very well made. Then i had a lovely surprise I had wone a giveaway so I had my money refunded for everything I bought 😊

The service from the company is fine. However I don't think the quality is great. I bought some earrings that were "reduced" in the birthday sale to 12 pounds. They were originally 30 pounds on the website. I thought they looked nice on the website and that I was getting a bargain. However if I had paid 30 pounds for them I wouldn't have been happy. 12 pounds was the appropriate price based on the quality so not really a bargain. However the jewellery is nice and there is a wide variety

I got my first order from Bohomoon for my birthday, recently, and I am obsessed! My jewelry looks so much nicer in person too. Im from the US, took exactly 10 days to receive my items (which they inform us of on the site). So shipping time was to be expected, and there was a $17 fee for tariffs or something, but even still some of the items I got were on sale up to 70% off! Worth every cent! I am so happy, the quality is amazing. My necklaces have nice thick chains that I know wont break, and the ring I got is great too, they are so pretty, summery, shiny, and piratey (which I love!) I will definitely be ordering more treasure from Bohomoon, very pleased!
