Delivered the following and cheaper than elsewhere

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra (1TB) along with a charger, spending well over €1300. Out of nowhere, Belsimpel automatically cancelled my order without my consent or any valid explanation.

When I contacted their customer support to find out what went wrong, they literally told me they have no idea why it was cancelled.

Customer support team contacted me 2 days later explaining the issue as well as provided an option of placing fresh order on my behalf for same transaction.
I really appreciate them reaching out to resolve the issue.

Reason: MyPup address is not supported and was flagged by the system.

I have ordered two phones + subscription. The first order went everything ok: 32610183815 (Its all good)

The problem starts with the seccond order: 32610108252 I think this one is a limbo in systems. Is taking a log time, I called belsimpel and they said to contact 50PlusMobiel. Then I contacted 50PlusMobiel and they said to contact belsimpel. First the problem was that I could not use the same email for both orders, then a diferentr email.
Then I got the message that the phone number could not be migrated. Then I chose a new number.
Now My contract seems to be stuck somewhere and nobody knows the right answer.

I paid for the phone, signed the contract etc... If the subscription will take longer, at least send the phone that is already paid.

Can you crosscheck and make sure that my order: 32610108252 is correct with 50plus? Because I am afraid that is it in a limbo in one of the systems. Its been 10 days already and soon I need to travel. Thanks in advance. Thanks in advance.

First of all, I’d like to say that I’m really impressed with your website. The search functionality is excellent, and the wide range of available products makes it easy to find what I’m looking for.

However, I’m quite disappointed with my recent order. I ordered a phone as a birthday present for myself, and it was promised to be delivered the next day (Saturday). Unfortunately, the delivery has now been postponed for the second consecutive day.

When I placed the order, the phone was clearly listed as in stock. Could you please clarify what happened? Is the item actually out of stock now, or is there another reason for the repeated delays?

I would appreciate an update on the status of my order and an ACTUAL estimated delivery date. Thank you in advance.

I order Pixel Buds on the morning of the 25th of June 2026, paid at 8am and around 8pm that same day I received a notifcation saying that it's on its way to PostNL, the next day nothing, I assumed I'd get the ready for collection after PostNL has closed, because they do that annoying thing often!

If I knew I wouldn't get it the next day, then I would have paid more elsewhere to receive it sooner, I'm not really interested in some nonsense copy and paste response.

Action needs to be taken with whom ever is responsible for the delivery because I see that I'm not the only one who had this experience and the responses are such nonsense in my opinion.

I'm very interested in anything tech related so when I make these purchases I do get excited and I do get my hopes up, some sort of compensation or voucher should be given to those affected by poor/late delivery because poor customer service/service delivery is something which annoys me more than anything else. I hope I get my buds soon.

I bought these Samsung buts 4 Pro Bluetooth headphones and I am very pleased with the sound quality, it exceeded all my expectations, I recommend them to everyone

Very fast service

Belsimpel is a lovely company, even though there was some trouble with Vodafone who needed many documents they handled the situation very well and made up for it.

I would highly recommend this company for anyone who wants good service.

The delivery keep changing dates. I ordered as an emergency but they just k.eep changing dates and the final date I got was Monday next week when I ordered it Wednesday the previous week.I donni if I will even get my phone this Monday. So don't trust the claim ordered today delivered tomorrow.

Delivery took 9 days, however they were proactive in sorting out the issue once highlighted. The cover was perfect, as expected, when it arrived. Many thanks to the friendly customer service - it's much appreciated.

Cheap prices. For 1 of the 3 items I ordered called before buying to ask if its compatible with my phone. The guy said yes, but it doesn't fit the phone's magnet at all, so the wireless charging is useless. I only bought this because you told me it was compatible.
