beo bank Anderlecht..I am so disappointed by the beo bank agent..I filed a complaint against the loan agent..and today he called me again today and talked nonsense and treated me on the phone..I am so afraid..can he kill me if it's possible or .... wait...so rude beo bank loan agent.. LACHHAB

Nice and fast réception service

Terrible bank. They kept my money for 6 years with no communication whatsoever. After 6 years i was called to come open the account only for their worker Van Hecke Barbara to profile me racially and refuse to open the account . I hope new customers can see this to avoid this bank.

EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE WHICH Mr Ilyas had provided, the account was opened in 30-40 min time. He was extremely patient in handling the queries raised from my side.
Mr Ilyas made the process very simple and the amount of gratitude shown towards me was really appreciated.

I wanted to open a credit card with them. I applied online and chose what kind of document I have, they gave me an appointment meaning the application was successful. I went there only to hear "sorry we don't give credit cards to holders of an A-card". I have a current account with them so they can see that I have a descent income. Thanks for wasting my time with your discrimination. Maybe reject the application when people apply, or only give the list of "acceptable" identification? That way you don't waste their time.

AVOID their credit card (whether standard or gold) at all cost. Their not a real credit card. It does not work outside Belgium for anything useful.
I lost my rental car reservation because of their lousy so called 'credit card'.
Rubbish.

Very long time ( more than a year ) to respond to email where I asked for support BUT very fast to punish for delayed payment ( even it happened once in many years ) by blocking credit card without notice, and calculating interests and reminder costs. I was delayed to pay for one time in many years due to unforseen circumstances. When I spoke to them about this, I was told that It does not matter even if I have been a punctual payer for many years because they do not look to this but on the payment which was not received on time. My opinion:This bank just see customers as "tools" to earn income. Very sad. I will not recommend this bank to others.
