Super helpful for the consulting today at ING Kouter. Cedric is patient and provides all he can to help me to resolve my issues. And for me the most important thing is that he read a bit of my documents for car loan and provide everything we need to apply for it, instead of simply rejecting me because of the type of ID card, like KBC or bebank.

Trying to activate my credit card: response my GSM number isn’t recognised. So then i have to go and activate it by a purchase anyway!

non refunded fraud w/o reason
I’ve been a client of this bank for over 8 years. I was victim of a fraud after my phone got stolen in Brazil. I presented all the evidence; Including a police report from Brazil and Belgium. They refused to give my money back without explaining the reasons and after escalating to their complaints department I did not get a straight answer. Worst customer service I’ve encountered and would think ING would place a higher emphasis on loyal customers. Really disappointed overall and I will be taking the matter to Ombudsfin
