I opened a deposit card, but the platform does not feel safe or reliable at all.
Tried making an offline (in-person) transaction, and the card was immediately blocked by their automated "risk system." I manually unblocked it in the app and tried again - same result, blocked instantly.
I unblocked it once more and submitted a detailed support ticket with all the context, transaction details, and error screenshots attached.
It took support 3 full days to reply, only to tell me: "We can confirm your card is currently unblocked, so you're good to go! If anything goes wrong, please send us the details and screenshots." ...Which is literally what I had already done in my original ticket.
Hoping for a resolution, I went along with this useless cycle and re-submitted everything. Three days later, they simply closed my case without any real explanation or solution - and sent me a support satisfaction survey.
Upd: They replied to me with the exact same solution, and naturally, the result is the same. Tech support is following a senseless algorithm, trapping the issue in a dead loop.
If basic card usage and customer service are this broken right at the start when I'm just onboarding, there is no way I'm trusting this platform with larger sums of money. Avoid.
Very disappointing experience with Bybit EU.
I deposited €100 and made several normal purchases with my Bybit Card because I was supposed to qualify for a €25 reward and an additional €10 card reward.
I completed the required actions, but I still cannot claim either reward. There is also no clear explanation telling me what exactly is wrong or which condition I supposedly failed to meet.
This kind of promotion feels very misleading. It is easy to advertise rewards to encourage people to deposit money and use the card, but when it is time to actually receive them, suddenly there is a problem.
I joined and used the service based on the advertised offer, so I expect Bybit EU to honor the promotion or at least provide a proper and specific explanation.
Until this is resolved, I would not recommend joining Bybit EU promotions just for the rewards.

One of the worst exchanges ever.
KYC went okay but can't deposit Euro's.
My bank uses initials and not my 3 complete birthnames.
They don't accept even when I export the transaction with my birthnames from my bank account.
My birtnames have to be completely on the transaction but banks don't do that.
Haven't trade one Euro cent yet by this.
They also keep the deposit so long under review the deadline for EUR 30 free Bitcoin is over.
Too many weird things there going on...
Of course BybitEU has to follow the MICAR rules but it seems they want to impress the EU by coming with extra rules ' MICAR 2.0 ' we can call it
Offering EUR deposit ways they don't accept themselves is one of them..
The EUR deposit I got back on my bank account so nothing went wrong with sending back.

I completed KYC, activated a Bybit Card in July 2026, and spent over €1,000 in the first 30 days under the advertised 10% cashback campaign. Bybit credited the reward points and I exchanged them for three rewards: 5.6334 USDC, $10 in BTC, and a €25 card bonus.
The points were deducted. The rewards show in my account as "Available" with an active Claim button, all with deadlines in November 2026. Every claim attempt fails with error 403003.
I opened three tickets (27344603, 27336238, 27334981). Support said it had no authority and escalated. The reply was a single email stating my account "violated the rules and regulations of the campaign", listing every prohibited behaviour from wash trading to multi-accounting to "any other actions not explicitly stated", without saying which one applied, or citing a single transaction, device or timestamp. It ended: "This decision is final, and we will not consider further appeals."
I have one account, verified in my own name, with ordinary personal card spending. I'm not asking for a bonus I didn't earn — I paid for these rewards with points Bybit itself awarded, the exchange was completed, and the rewards are shown as mine. Release them.

I am extremely disappointed with Bybit EU’s referral program and customer support.
I invited a friend through my referral link. He registered and deposited €102 immediately, meeting the requirement to top up at least €100 within seven days. The task even shows a green check mark, but its final status is “Failed,” and neither of us received the advertised €25 BTC reward.
I also had a separate €10 BTC reward marked as “Awarded” in my Reward History, but when I tried to claim it, I received “Reward Out of Stock.” Support refused to resolve the issue and only referred to the campaign terms.
This is misleading. Users complete the requirements and deposit real money, but rewards are later denied or marked as failed without a clear explanation. I no longer trust Bybit EU’s referral campaigns and will not invite anyone else.

Be careful. Any moment they can suspend your account without any reason. You can deposit money but can’t withdraw that. I used them for a lot of time and trust them but they are +- scam and fool anytime when they want to do that. Be careful! Use Binance

When I asked why, I received a generic response claiming that the system detected a violation, without explaining what exactly I did wrong.
If you are not willing to pay the rewards you advertise, then don't run these campaigns in the first place. Very disappointing experience and a serious issue of trust.

Bad, really bad. Fake referral offers, can’t even (or don’t want to) accept the KYC verification which takes forever.
Will use my money on the credit card and then delete permanently the account

Worst crypto exchange experience ever. The system of having trading wallet and funding wallet sucks, the system is slow and it takes too much time to move funds around when you want to trade / use card or withdraw. Because the exchange fees are high and the app is slow and unnefficiet I only use it for bybit card. Recently I tried to withdraw money from bybit account and they suspended my withdrawal because of so called "travel rule" I was withdrawing to my other exchange account, the creditentials at the other exchange are tha same (my name and surname) which I provided while making the withdrawal. I had to wait 24 hours for a reply and they rejected my withdrawal because "creditentials dont match" how can they not match if its same name and surname?? I contacted support chat and the support agent keeps disconnecting and AI is always typing even if you are chatting with agent which is so annoying and confusing. I tried again and requested them to process my withdrawal, you know what they asked me to do? To wait 24 more hours. This is absurd. This exchange is the worst in every way. Stay away from bybit.eu and dont keep your money there unless you want your money to be kept hostage.

Absolutely awful, it can’t even be put into words how bad it is. I had a simple action I wanted to do, deposit money, convert to crypto, withdraw money to my online broker account vie crypto. I set up a billion security settings and verification procedures, and it still asked for more. And after I set everything up, when it came time for me to withdraw crypto the verification process broken, I approved my order in secure transactions, it didn’t register me approving it and the order stayed sitting still forever.
Absolute useless over complicated garbage

I tried to register with Bybit and was asked to provide a copy of my criminal record as part of their verification process.
They sent me a link where I was supposed to upload the document. The problem is that their upload system simply does not work properly. It would not accept my PDF document and repeatedly returned an error.
I contacted customer support and received the usual troubleshooting suggestions: try another browser, use incognito mode, etc. I tried everything they suggested. Nothing worked. I even recorded and sent them a video showing exactly what happens when I try to upload the PDF.
The support experience then became even more frustrating. At one point, they apparently could not even distinguish between the screenshots/images I was sending to demonstrate the error and the actual PDF document I was trying to upload.
I repeatedly asked for one very simple solution: give me an alternative way to submit the criminal record document. Email, a different upload link, or literally any other secure method.
Instead of solving the problem, they kept sending me in circles.
For a financial platform that expects customers to trust it with their money, this level of technical incompetence and customer support is completely unacceptable. If a company cannot even provide a working method to receive a verification document — or arrange an alternative when its own system fails — I certainly do not feel comfortable trusting it with my funds.
I gave Bybit a chance before depositing any money, and this experience was enough for me.
Stay away. I definitely will.

UID is 573872521. As per there Terms and conditions they can freeze withdrawals. But in same Terms and conditions they said first they will follow EEA members laws. My account got restricted for 10 day's. Guess what i will do. They will pay heavy price by violating the law of Hierarchy. In my case they violated both EU consumer as well as Polish Stationary laws. They will regret it soon when GIIF will impose heavy fines on them.

I deposited €50 to try Bybit EU, and the deposit went smoothly.
However, when I tried to withdraw the €50 to my bank account, I was charged a €12 withdrawal fee, meaning I could only withdraw €38.
I then converted the €50 into Bitcoin without any fee and tried to withdraw it to my Coinbase account. The withdrawal was declined every time, with the reasons given as “False Information” and “Third Party – No Response.” After several attempts, the withdrawal finally went through for about five minutes, but then I received a notification stating that my withdrawal was under verification and that it could take 1–3 days to process.
I also applied for the Bybit EU Card, and the application went smoothly. However, the card appears to have very limited usability. It can be used in physical stores, but it does not work at approximately 98% of online shops. In cases where it does work, I was charged an additional €4.58 fee for a €12 purchase simply for using the card.
Furthermore, the payment was placed under review, and I was informed that all my funds would remain frozen until the payment was completed.
I have screenshots documenting all of these issues. I will forward this matter, together with the relevant evidence, to the tax authorities, the police, and the criminal investigation department for further investigation.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that people avoid using this provider until they have thoroughly checked the terms, fees, withdrawal conditions, and customer experiences for themselves.
Before transferring any money, I strongly advise everyone to research the provider carefully and read independent reviews and experiences from other customers. Make sure you fully understand the fees, withdrawal process, and possible restrictions before depositing any funds.

The worst exchange I know. They lured me with a promotion of 20 USD in Bitcoins, but I didn't get them. Sending cryptocurrency to another well-known exchange took almost 2 days and was eventually rejected. Moreover, I was refunded a lower amount than I had before sending, even though no transaction took place. Bybit.eu never again.

I invited two of my friends through the referral program that they propose in the app. They both deposited 100€ and spent it using the Bybit Credit Card, all within the rules of the program. After three days their rewards were revoked and so do mine, without any explanation.
I wish to know why the rewards were revoked, because this only seems like a scam to make you create an account in the platform.
