I bought items at buykud and used PayPal for payment. I haven't received any order confirmation email. I cant even contact them. Be careful this is a scam mu money is gone.

I so pleased and happy with my purchase. As described and exceeded to my expectations. I bought 4 pair shoes and they are all good quality, and very comfortable. too much compliment from my workplace😍

I really like the designs of this company’s clothing , they are quite unique , I’ve ordered a couple of times and found the clothing to be made of good quality fabric . I did return one item as I had ordered 2 jackets for choice , the returns process was easy enough , think I just dropped off at my local Asda store , and the refund was of a timely manner . I have a dress on order at the moment .

Ordered 5 weeks ago. Nothing. Nothing on shop pay. No delivery instructions. No delivery.

Saw an ad for what looked like a lovely cotton, hooded top. When it arrived it looked nothing like the picture, it was poor quality fabric and very poorly made. No response from customer service so unable to return. Tried to sell on Vinted but as the actual product was visibly such poor quality no one was interested. I can only imagine the positive reviews are fake.

I bought a top and wanted to return it as it was tight for me. I sent many emails and messages for the last 2 weeks, no reply from them. I just asked them if they could provide my with the order number as I could not find it to print the QR code for return.

The photograph for the purple top I have bought, was embellished. The photo made the garment look thicker, and better quality. A garment of substance. The photo was an earthy deep purple. The garment I have recieved, is like a bright lightweight purple T shirt.
Disappointed. Dishonest.

I placed an order for summer items well over two months ago, totaling over €100. Despite receiving promises that available items would be dispatched, my order remains completely unfulfilled. To make matters worse, their automated marketing system continues to send me weekly emails asking, "Haven't heard from you lately..." A frustrating experience that lacks basic customer care and inventory management.

I ordered a dress costing £64. When it arrived it was very poor quality. Trying to return it, I find that £12.80 'discount 'is being removed from my refund and I have to pay postage to return it. Strangely enough if I accept a credit it will be for £115.20! Buyer beware.

My blouse was not delivered by the company due to an inaccurate address.
The people at Buykud worked with me for a month trying to get my package delivered. They were so emphatic and and consistent in their efforts. I really value this customer service. Sure it took a while but the Buykud people were great!!

10 days after purchase item still has not been shipped and nobody responds to emails.

First time I ever made a purchase from Buykud and it’s definitely the LAST. €80 down the drain. I received my purchase within a month of order. The description stated leather shoes. My order arrived and the packaging had an OFF smell it was like chemicals. The shoes which were supposed to be leather as described fell apart! They unglued on all sides. Never have I experienced anything like this! The smell was so intent that I packaged them for the rubbish bin!! Horrible experience and a major lesson!!!!

Don’t be fooled, clothes look great but they look nothing like the photo, I bought one size fits all size 12-16 according to the description! the waist was 12” wouldn’t fit a leprechaun let alone a size 16 human !! No response I expected better considering the price but nothing don’t buy from this company!!

I will never order from this company again. Everything looks lovely online but beware! It took a month for my items to arrive. Delivery updates and AI responses weren't helpful. The jacket was badly cut and the 'linen' fabric poor quality. The dress is fine - nice fabric and fully lined. The single star is for that. I would have returned the jacket but have zero faith in the company's returns process.

Total crap. The firm advertise they produce cotton and linen but the dress was 70% viscose. I tried to return it but they made me ask for European address ( I am from EU). I texted them THREE times but none of e-maila was replied. I recommend if you want to lose your money.

I made an order on the 19th March, still not arrived by 15th April. I even downloaded the Shop app to keep track and nothing. Zero feedback from the "company". I have complained. Waiting to be reimbursed.

I have ordered many items from Buykud. I love their style. I love the larger flowing shapes. I have mostly been happy with purchases. Most have been perfect. Only one missed the mark. A hooded fleece dress. The model must have been very short. On her it was considerably below the knee. I am 5ft 8 and on me it falls above the knee. Unfortunate advertising using such a shirt model. I have to wear another skirt under it as it does not look good above the knee.

Although I love the look of Buykud's clothing, their prices are fairly high, and the quality received doesn't warrant this... The first thing I got from them was denim, kind of heavy, just okay, so thought I'd give them another try with something that looked lighter and more 'forgiving' but after almost a month of excuses and stalls, I gave up and asked for a refund . They came through on that , but I'm frustrated at the terrible customer service. If they just sold photographs, they'd get five stars. Not as advertised...

It took such a long time to receive, its takes a long time to hear from anyone I have sent my things back about 1 month ago and still haven't heard from anyone about my refund
