This particular BMW-Mini dealership in Parma is extraordinary, and the professionalism is top. Thoroughly recommend this dealership. 10/10.

Excellent service and true professionalism!

I am extremely satisfied with the official Mercedes-Benz service at Gruppo Autotorino in Trieste. From the very first contact, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. My issue (a faulty alternator) was taken seriously, and despite the unexpected situation, they quickly found a solution.

The diagnosis was clear and well explained, and the repair was carried out promptly and professionally. I especially appreciated the great communication – I was regularly updated on the status of the repair and felt well taken care of throughout.

A big thank you to the whole team – it’s clear that real professionals with a passion for their work are at this location. I can highly recommend this workshop to any Mercedes owner!

The trust with them in the process of my car purchase in Rome is now completely broken. I am now just trying to get the funds I have sent to them for the full car purchase returned and they are not even replying to the emails any more. I am resorting to this public shaming in the hopes that it will help me get my money back.

You have replied and the case continues to be handled in a manner that lacks customer courtesy, professionalism and timeliness. I would warn anyone from dealing with Autotorino. This experience has broken my trust as these procedures are completely muddled and keep shifting as the discussion proceeds. While my own protocol team continues to try to deal with you, I would actually prefer to not proceed as I even suspect that there may be issues with the vehicle being sold.

Update from 19 December: This has continued to be the worst experience ever and we got stuck with having to continue with the purchase as I had mistakenly paid in full - they have taken advantage of me and been negligent. Now, the car delivery is botched - they knew they were meant to give me the vehicle today only to realize they did not send the license plate (to be sent separately) in time. This means that they will likely further delay the delivery of my car into January (as I am traveling for holidays).

They have invented procedures with additional documents to sign, and gave no idea of the proper procedures for diplomats/UN. The worse 2 months wasted on them not dealing properly with me at any given step. I reiterate that you should not trust them at all.

During the week of June 13, I was in the Dolomites by motorcycle (BMW R1200 GSA LC). For the first time in 25 years of riding BMW motorcycles I had a malfunction of the engine. The nearest BMW dealer was Autotorino Concessionaria BMW in Pordenone. When I got there I was received very kindly. I reported my problem to Mr. Fabio Sellan who immediately sent a mechanic to check my bike. After two hours the problem was solved by Cristiano the mechanic. With the message that this was service I got my key back. This is what I call service with a capital S. My vacation was saved. Thank you very much Cristiano and Fabio.

I had a breakdown with my German Mercedes van in February 2022. Autorino helped me in a very uncomplicated and friendly manner. My vehicle was towed and the next day a friendly member of staff picked me up and took me to my vehicle. Thank you, you helped me a lot.
