Great and fast assistance + service, invoice transparency could be better

Assistance was excellent and fast. Pulling us back all the way to the home harbour was much appreciated. Also, the Atlantica and technical service afterwards was fast and easily arranged. One possible downside is the transparency in terms of the invoice that went to the insurance company, because I only ever saw my part that had to be paid per invoice. I could not fully interpret the items on our invoice. It would have helped seeing their bill too. Maybe it is a typical Swedish workflow.

IStopa asking for evaluation until you have done something..

I just sign a boat insurance on the internet and then I should evaluate the company???
ow low are my expectations? Yeah! It was possible o sign an insurance on the Web! 5 stars???
I was happy until this stupid question came.

Quick response, good if things go wrong

I decided on Atlantica as my insurance company for my new boat as they were easy to get in touch with, quick with an offer and I know from the past decent in handling claims when you need to use the insurance for some problems
