Moo is the best company for small businesses. Their quality is outstanding compared to others. The site is so user friendly so you can design within their templates. I use them for my branding and greetings card printing. In all the years I've been using them, they've never once made a mistake with my order! That's impressive in my book. As you can see I'm a loyal customer!

I developed a business card with ChatGPT and it was a very challenging process with way too many iterations and errors by (and apologies from 😂) Chat.

They provided mock-up files for submission to Moo instead of full design files and the printed cards had to be discarded.

I connected with Hannah, in customer service at Moo, and she guided me through the process, educated me on where ChatGPT erred, and what was needed to resolve the situation. There were many patient and informative emails from her, as the printing process is somewhat foreign to me.

Despite the error being on the submission side, with no fault on Moo's part, she volunteered that Moo would replace the cards without charge.

Ultimately, I reworked the design with Claude, which was FAR superior to Chat for this type of project and submitted that to Moo/Hannah with immediate success.

Hannah was the type of customer service representative that should be the model for consumer-facing businesses. Her knowledge and approach were exceptional and, combined with Moo's generous policy, made for an outstanding experience and ultimate result.

I uploaded my design and when the finished product came, it had trim marks around the back of the card and the front wasn't centered. Waste of money.

First time user of Moo, I was recommended via AI software when discussing my future business and brand with it. Moo came out as the number 1 suggested manufacturer of business cards and I am so glad because I had never heard of them before.
I have only ever made business cards once or twice in my life and I always had an external company or designer make them, I would just out my ideas forward on email and ge them to design it. So keep this in mind, I am tech savvy to some degree but not an expert or even intermediate in business card design at all.. Moo took all the pain out of design and the AI chat robot they have is incredibly good. I was shocked how well it understood what I was asking, espcially some of it was even to me rather complex to explain to it so I was surprised at how easily it recognised what I was asking. Its also nice how it asks you if it understood your question right each time you ask it something.. So design was a peace of cake let me say that, I was shocked how easy it is to design.
I would recommend getting the little sample pack they send out for free to you, this demonstates all the main finishes, card types and the feel of the soft touch ones is amazing btw.. I am so happy with my cards, the quality is amazing, really good. I could of gone for a cheaper company, but like a lot of peel, I was going for an affordable but quality finish , the cards are after all - introducing you/your service.. and I was so impressed with the look and finish.
I also utilised the option to have "printginiti" which is actually a free feature where you can have multiple different backs to your cards, so for example, on mine, I had multiple different backs with slogans I say to people ( I am an author and motivational speaker) - the finish was black with gold foil, the gold foil looks incredible and once you understand how the foil (or other finishes you can select) work, its so easy to design.
Really impressed and well worth the investment in money . I went for the 200 Moo card design . Really worth buying here (also can super fast (im in the UK) Fantastic, will only buy here from now on for the rest of my life.

What made this experience so great was the easy use of the website, the options in which the website provided, which was also the options I was looking for, how easy it was to upload my own designs, and the quality of the business cards. I will most definitely use them again.

I ordered my business cards here. First time they came out flawless, the second time the colour tint was a bit off. I contacted the support team and they replied very fast. They fixed the problem and send a new batch to me free of charge. Every change was first discussed with me before they implemented it. Great customare care if you ask me! Would highly recommend them!

I have done 4 projects with Moo mostly of my own watercolor art work. I have been thrilled with all of the outcomes from Moo. Their customer service is exceptional. I forgot to sine one of my projects and was able to re- submit my signed piece no problem.
I just got off the chat application with Samantha who very kindly expedited my order . I could not be more satisfied with the Moo experience and have advised all my watercolor buddies to use Moo for their projects.

The templates were very helpful as a starting place.
My finished card has simply stunned the people who already know me, they are a very lovely introduction to new customers more importantly! They arrived far sooner than the quoted date, very impressed!

After ordering Luxe business cards, Luxe DL postcards to serve as place names, menus, tables numbers and signage at our wedding I ordered a last minute set of postcards that can provide some additional signage on the day (these hopefully arrive in time but are a nice to have if they arrive).

We have also had a last minute change to a guest and I reached out when making the order to see if there was any way I could order a single blank business card so the card stock would match the place names we already have. No print needed, just a blank. I assumed it was a long shot and turned out it was.

It's unfortunate there is no way to get a single card to help, but completely fair it's not something they offer. However it would have been nice for customer support to at least seem human, no help was offered only buy a full set of cards. Which again is fair that's the product on offer.

So if you have a print need and it's straight forward I can't fault them and the prints we have received are great, but if you require any help with an order I'd suggest reaching out first.

Unfortunate experience but ultimately their print was good, human experience not so good.

Excellent responsiveness. I needed extra, hands-on help as I couldn't get my business card design to format properly. I was so very pleasantly surprised by the customer service assistance, especially from Calvin, who was professional and kind. My AI tool recommended MOO and it was not wrong. Thank you and I will now get the rest of my business cards completed through MOO!

I had built my own card then imported it no problem, everything looked great, but when the cards arrived they were not what I expected. My file did not render as well on the actual card leaving some words out of focus. Right away my issue was taken care of and new beautiful cards were delivered free. I definitely recommend MOO!

I have been ordering business cards for many years from Moo with no issues. My latest order of 400 was UNUSABLE! Has Moo lost all quality control to AI??? Lots of blobs, shadows and random dark areas on the picture sides and the back with my name, cell # and other info is NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING CENTERED. Customer service said it was my fault for submitting photos that weren't edited to remove the background.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ANYMORE. Order elsewhere so, you won't lose $173 like I did.

I had an issue with my first order of business cards. The issue was most likely my fault. When they asked if I was satisfied, I answered, "No." They contacted me directly, explained how to correct the problem, and reissued my cards at no charge. Their customer service was excellent. I will definitely do business with them again.

Thia was the3rd time I have ordered cards so it goes without saying that I have been very satusfied with the cards I have purchsed. I was in the kichen & bath remodel business fir 50 years, 41 of them in California, so I have always had a business card. I retired in 2012 at the age of 68 and moved back to my home state of Illinois. I am a life long fan the Chicago Bears and 20 years ago I had a large bear, wearing a jersey, carved from a redwood log. I broght him with me when I moved back to Illinois in 2013, and I built a large entry room on the front of our home in 2014 so he is protected from the weather year round. When I meet people who are BEAR fans I give them one of my “retirement cards”!!! My bear Punky is 8’4” tall & weights 580 lbs. I am now 82 years old and hoping to live to be 100 so I most likely will be ordering more cards when my new order of 600 runs out!!! The selfie picture I use on my card was taken as I stood on a 8’ step ladder.

Excellent quality and adequate pricing, but above all very happy with the customer service. They reply properly, no bots, they are very helpful and fast responses with solutions. Also good delivery timing.
If everything remains the same, will always use MOO.

The UI is great for both novices and more experienced designers. I placed an order for Full Page (US) Flyers that would be cut down and folded into sleeves for a small-run 7" release that I am doing with/for a friend. Turnaround was quicker than quoted. EVERYTHING looked great. The "pro tip" for setting the entire field as a contrasting color to the actual image made cutting a breeze. Will DEFINITELY be a return customer!
