Buyers beware! Do not buy from this store! Avoid their store at Amazon at all costs! Buy from other bookshops. They will send you the wrong item and refuse to refund your money even after successfully returning the product to them. They are completely unreliable and do not fix their mistakes. I had to report them to Amazon because they are a fraud!

My order 249561267 Was delivered with the wrong items. I sent them back at my own cost because they could not provide a return label. The tracking CE525668783BE shows that the package has been accepted by their returns 5 days ago. As of today I have not received reimbursement for my order of 83,97 euro or my shipping cost of 16,5 euro. It has been over two weeks since I reported the problem. Please sort this out so I can change my review.

Edit: after a few months momox saw this review and reached out to correct the problem. Therefor I am changing my score to 4 stars, because it has been solved, but only after leaving a scathing review

I have been a loyal customer of Momox for a few years.
I placed 3 orders last month, 2 of which were above 100€.
I had noticed that there was a 10% sale and I presumed it would be deducted automatically at the point of payment.
When I realised it hadn't been deducted I sent them a message asking if they could help me as I hadn't benefitted from the -10% as hoped for. I sent 4 messages and had no reply, finally I rang them and they said there was nothing they could do for me as it was too late. Effectively I missed out on 25€ of reduction. On hindsight, I realise it was my error not to have typed in the code at the end, but I hadn't realised this was necessary and I asked for help immediately after placing my order. I am so disappointed, I would have been totally satisfied with a gift voucher towards my next order, but as it stands I will no longer be ordering from Momox.

A nightmare, I've sent 5 emails and counting to ask for a change of name on an invoice. They only provide automatic answers out of context. Additionally they send customer survey but didn't reply to it and simply close it.

Excellent website for second hand books in different languages

I don’t always find the exact books I’m looking for right away, but I can set up alerts and be notified when they’re available.
Some of the (all second-hand) books have been mistakenly labeled as in a good or very good state but I wouldn’t complain because I got them at a fair price in any case. I get many non-fiction and academic books and these are priced pretty steeply so I’m always glad to find them here and pay less.

Les emballages sont mauvais donc les boites de DVD et CD arrivent cassés, mais les prix sont super bas. DVD and CD box arrive broken but prices are cheap.

I haven't received anything. The deadline for delivery is 20 business-days so I had to wait over three weeks before trying to solve it. They use a delivery company that doesn't provide tracking so there's no information on the parcel. Now I'm being asked to send a signed declaration that I haven't received the package in order to get a refund.

I recently ordered a CD and inside the CD case was the wrong CD. I have emailed Momox multiple times, and the responses I get seem to be computer generated. They keep asking for the same information over and over again, even as I have given them what they asked for. They are ignoring me and not correcting issue, nor giving me a refund. Won't do business here again

Momox supplied me with a DVD package with inferior, substituted items inside it. The transaction was entirely within the EU. Their returns policy excludes costs of postage on refunds, including where the wrong items have been sent. Their policy required me to return the item to the UK, incurring postal and custom charges. So when they make an error the customer ends up out of pocket. It took them a month and a half and several complaints to refund any money at all. They also profited from an absurdly unfair £1:€1 exchange rate. Momox's ethics stink.

No customer service at all. Only replies with useless random botspam, irrelevant to what they are contacted about. No indication of anyone reading any communications, just a broken bot spamming whatever. Then they spam with feedback requests, but the feedback also doesn't work because they couldn't care less about their customers. In the same fashion they have a bot autoreplying to Trustpilot reviews with meaningless copypaste. Sheer toxic garbage.

This is a great site for buying used books in great condition for a fair price, delivery is also great value. Highly recommended.

I ordered 3 steelbooks, two are totally ruined without the case closing normal anymore and 1 is deeply dented... They were all 3 under the condition "Très bon état" were two even got like new amazon prices... I don't care if this is by transport or shipped in this condition but I want my money back the steelbooks are trashed and worth nothing.

I did create the contact form but never got a reaction...

The books' conditins match the description, and the prices are very reasonable. I gave 4 stars not 5, onmy because the books take about a week to be delivered
