Nice webshop, poor delivery service by UPS
The shop in itself is good: competitive price, good customer support, order is ready fast.
But what matters at the end of the day is that what you ordered arrives in a reasonable amount of time, and it is not the case with a provider like UPS. Package was schedule for delivery for Friday, UPS left a notice in the mailbox while I was at home. Reschedule another delivery for Monday: it was never made. Today is Wednesday and I still don't have my package, and no delivery date on UPS tracking.
I highly suggest Winparts to avoid UPS, at least in France, they are the worst delivery service, I rarely used them and only had problem with them...

A car battery was delivered completely damaged
A car battery was delivered too late , unpacked ,unloaded and completely damaged , it had been moving around in the truck during transport and leaked acid.This was confirmed by pictures and a written nota on the delivery document. Winparts refused replacement ad offers 20 % on the purchase of a supplementary battery instead. Think before ordering anything .

What online shopping should be
Ordered the parts online and they were delivered within 4 days, well packaged and each thing I ordered secured. All original pacakging was in place including security seals on break pads etc. My big fear in ordering good value parts on line is that they have been swapped for inferior products. These are all origninals

Telephone numbers constantly engaged
I tried to contact Winparts by telephone using the advertised number (+31850705225) in order to check the compatibility of a part for my car. The number was constantly engaged, as was their other number +31850705200. My immediate impression was that Winparts was no longer in business. I took the risk and ordered the part through the web-site. Winparts communication and delivery performance following my order was very good - the correct part arrived in the promised timescale. Whilst the overall experience of dealing with Winparts was good, I very nearly never placed an order with them due to lack of confidence over their telephone numbers which were never accessible.
