Our old boiler was a Potterton Performa 28 which was ~20 years old and showing a few niggles. The new Viessmann Vitodens 050-w has made a big difference; especially when showering. Mike steered us to the best choice, saving £300 compared to the model we were considering. Matteo fitted it really nicely, wired up our existing Nest controller and updated the settings so it communicates better with the new boiler.

Two years on, I wish we'd had our heating system *power* flushed when the boiler was fitted - well worthwhile on an old system. We had lots of F2 faults and Viessmann visits before a power flush got us up and running once more (a "power flush" being more thorough than a "chemical flush")

Great service, do all the shopping around for you to get the best deals. Probably promote/push their extra insurance too much; I tend to drive carefully and accept I may have to pay for small knocks or any excesses.
