When your a victim they just end up penalising or even charging you instead! Please explain.

They also egotistical & abuse their powers. Two tier policing, they are not impartial at all.

WMP are the worst police force in England. their phone staff are so egotistical they care more about themselves than the victim calling reporting a crime. Trying to report a crime that I am witnessing and instead the terrible phone admin staff make it about themselves. What an absolutely disgusting and shameful training staff must have answering the most important calls. These phone call operatives all need to be fired, replace them with Ai if you have to, but these disgusting staff will cost innocent lives. I phoned to report crime happening and instead I was met with rude disgusting phone staff.

These issues have been ongoing for the past 13 years. In my view, the most recent incident of harassment occurred on 26 June 2026 and involved West Midlands Police. Despite the passage of time, I believe the pattern of conduct has continued without being properly addressed.

I can only give 1 star. If it were possible, I would give West Midlands Police even less.

Based on my experience, I believe that West Midlands Police and Birmingham City Council have, over 13 years, supported or failed to take appropriate action against racism, crime, anti-social behaviour, harassment, discrimination, and threats. I also believe that officers and advisers from both organisations have repeatedly provided misleading information instead of addressing my concerns.

The IOPC concluded that the police's conduct was not reasonable. Despite this, I feel that I have not received justice. I am particularly disappointed that, in my view, the Professional Standards Department provided inaccurate or misleading information rather than carrying out a fair and transparent investigation.

My experiences have left me with little confidence that the courts will protect my rights. I believe there has been interference by West Midlands Police and Birmingham City Council, and I feel that my concerns have not been considered fairly.

The impact on my health has been severe. I have developed serious health conditions and, because of the distress caused by these events, I have stopped visiting my doctor and have been living with ongoing pain.

I believe that my human rights have been breached by West Midlands Police and Birmingham City Council and that their actions have not complied with the law. I sincerely hope that those who have acted dishonestly or negligently are held accountable and that justice is ultimately served.

I pray to God and ask the higher power that governs this universe to bring justice and hold accountable those who, in my view, have wronged me, including West Midlands Police, the Professional Standards Department, Birmingham City Council, and Birmingham County Court. I place my faith in God's justice and hope that the truth will ultimately prevail.

Very racist police force they leave ethnic minorities and only bother white british people. The whole west midlands police force wants looking into please if youre white do not trust these racist

West Midlands police are dangerous and toxic people they allow hate crime to happen. they get mixed up with mental health and being distressed and upset and use mental health against you as a weapon. they also slander you and defam you and breach your data to the members of the public so you get attacked for it and the police do nothing and i believe they only employ people to the job for the money hence why they dont take hate crime seriosuly or any crime that happens or reported

An individual entered our mosque on Alum Rock Road and was being unruly. Was getting nowhere with the operator so I gave them the address and hung up.

my house got bungled and i called the police. they said they come round but never turned up. then they said they was too busy to come round. my door is broke and i am scared. the police cant help me. I'm sad

As an autistic person I was called in for an interview the room was small and I felt like I was going to pass out also during the interview they kept repeating the same question even though I already gave them a clear answer as I wanted to come clean and not hide anything. for an Autistic person I get it they are doing their job but asking an autistic person the same question again and again is not tolerated they put too much pressure on me and thanks to that now my mental health is terrible I will not be going again after my terrible experience

I would love to rate them negatively but alas I can't. It is a huge comedy of errors from West Midlands Police. Police caught 1 out of 5 offenders despite clear CCTV with sound. The rest continued causing trouble through 2024. The boys in blue took my statement seven months late
Onto 2025 Even worse the same officers put onto 2 hate crimes. Again, No statement taken for first one. Second hate crime NO CRN EVER ISSUED. No investigation. The officers Including inspector were rude and arrogant. These officers then proceeded to do nothing. The disabled man in question fears being attacked by the youths that have never been caught in papers obtained police call the victim the offender. Inept, incompetent officers sit in a undercover station masquerading as a fire station.

Racist, islamophobic, will arrest you for being a victim of crime. Difficult to make a complaint to the IOPC who are not independant and will support the police. Also police will damage your property and commit crime themselves against you and will most likely get away with it.

No words realy can describe the awfull neglected service .allowing drugs to be supplied all over birmingham and nothing is done

After a crash in my car today I was really impressed with the officers from West Midlands Police. They arrived quickly, checked I was ok and ensured the scenario was made safe. The officer I liaised with was very professional, communicated decisions clearly and helped ensure the car and I were safely recovered from the scene. Thank you!

This is due to a weaponised legal system against former Constables'. This is a current media agenda/narrative (Sarah Everard case – RIP) which has targeted all with the same brush.

West Midlands Police is, unfortunately, a corrupt organisation, as referenced by the tel-a-viv football case and Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG). Corruption was actually a cause for concern (Islam) back in 2005, when I served at Handsworth. This has now become apparent, due to the aforementioned. No moral compass as DEI said so.

In relation to my convictions, I have appealed to various MP's, one of which is reviewing my case at the time of writing.

West Midlands Police turn the potential VICTIMS into OFFENDERS and the potential OFFENDERS into VICTIMS. Misconduct in a PUBIC OFFICE.
