Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless, can't even send officers for a vehicle asb call where they sit there revving their engines for hours opposite a police station. And your live chat idiot Hasan, he's as useful as a chocolate kettle and he's zero clue on the law.

Its hard to rate something that doesn't…

Its hard to rate something that doesn't seem to exist. Every so often they dip their toes into bandit country (West Midlands) for a day of action then disappear again for a couple of months. Crime rates are so low because people do not bother reporting crimes committed. It infuriates me but have had to take the stance of 'its noting to do with me' when I see some of the banditry going on locally.

Scam Speeding Process

They send you login details to view so called camera photos and then provide you with links and details that do not work. When you screenshot the exact details they send and send it to them they then send you the exact same details again. I wrote to them and emailed them numerous times. They are very very slow to respond and when they do respond, as expected, they talk down to you like the bullying attitude we see in most tv shows. They then admitted that the links they send me are for another force so i cannot view any online details. So they admitted to sending the wrong details and i ask for the correct details, as usual, i get given the same response by Rob who just repeats the same thing over and over without providing any details. He sent me 2 failed links that do not work and provides nothing useful. They are creating delays to push people towards a court room instead of helping with details that are not recognised on their system!

Very grateful

Think I need to remind people that the police are human beings with emotions just like yours, they have an extremely difficult job made all the worse by a people who mostly are abusive, violent, drink, drugged up and disrespectful.
Imagine yourself in their shoes forever getting Karen's in their face who, instead of helping them, make things difficult.
My son, at 15,came.to me and said the police had pulled him and his friends on a street corner (as kids do hanging out) and he said the police where hard on them..... I explained they are human and will have developed defensive hearts because of how they are treated by the very people they protect... I told him to be respectful towards them as they do their job and he'd see for himself how they'd be... Few weeks down the line he came to me and said he'd been pulled aside and they seemed aggressive, he said he followed my advice and was respectful and he said he was shocked because as he was respectful the officers became really nice to them and I was so proud he'd listened.
They do their best and I know they have to enforce the law even if being politically incorrect at times but they have a job, keep us as safe as funds allow (not their fault, you can blame goverments for cut backs) and instead of forever shouting back, lying and making their job hard we all respected the law and helped them you'd have a better society.... Everyone moans and complains yet expect help when in trouble.
To all police officers, thankyou for the work you do, at times extremely difficult work and I greatly appreciate you all.
The world's become a rudderless ship and crime is so much worse today than 50 years ago so please, treat police with the respect deserved and if they are off with you then maybe you need to address how you are towards them.
I'm pretty sure if you were working in an environment where your forever screamed, lied at and abused all day you'd soon become defensive to everyone..... Make a difference and be respectful, polite and stop being a hindrance.
Respect should be earned and if your not respectful why expect it back.
Again, thankyou to all police for the dangerous job you carry out with diligence in such an ungrateful world

The victims are to blame

Will blame your phones signal for their crappy reception (I called several people straight after you called me, with 0 issues) and then not bother trying again.
Doesn't think a person who goes away after threatening to slice you and your dogs up only to come back a minute later wearing a mask, a hoodie and constantly messing with his waistband as a serious threat, even when threatened to do it the next time they see us (because his loose dogs attacked my leashed ones)
Good to know if you say an 'offensive' word online they will kick your door down but if you threaten to eliminate a person... Well that's just fine

Don’t bother calling when you’re a victim

I was assaulted badly within my home, and in being scared had to defend my life.
West Midlands police under the intentions that Walsall is a safe little town and you’d never have to defend yourself from scum like that, DO NOT bother calling them when you are inevitably assaulted in Walsall, WILLENHALL or Wolverhampton, these lawless states represent the complete disrepair and poverty created not just by Tory neglect but by the large majority of locals who have no intention of creating a safe community, only a hell hole, just pack your bags and move somewhere safe, if you value yours and your children’s mental health, as it’s clear the police do not care, as long as you remember NEVER to fight back in fear of your life which funnily enough the police seem to be in all the while, utter disgrace

If I could could give zero stars I…

If I could could give zero stars I would. The staff are rude and unhelpful that my experience over the last 5 years with being a victim to crime in Birmingham. Soo rude to victims no support. Honestly don’t expect police to be like this since we the working class are paying there wage.

Desperately trying to avoid doing…

Desperately trying to avoid doing anything when I reported a crime. What is the point of police if they just spend their time hiding in a police station and refusing to tackle crimes as they’re happening. No wonder crime is so high when there’s no effective policing.

“Acting like a thug”

Bournville
Watched police officer on you tube “acting like a thug” being aggressive towards a cameraman Auditing Britain doing lawful activity 8 days ago. In my view this man should not be on the force he’s an accident waiting to happen

What a disgraced

What a disgraced. You call the Police to help you and they don't even look at your problem. The staff give you different information. But for silly issues they are quick to come. HORRIBLE!!!
