Thank you for your response. I want to make it clear that I am not blaming you personally, and I appreciate that you have taken responsibility and tried to resolve this.
Unfortunately, despite me repeatedly confirming that the shoes needed to be an Australian size 10, and being assured multiple times that they had been changed to a size 10, the shoes that arrived are once again a size 4.
At this point, I am extremely disappointed and simply want this matter brought to an end. I am requesting that the outstanding $111 refund be processed immediately.
Once the $111 has been refunded and this matter is finally resolved, I will remove both of the reviews I have posted.
I appreciate your assistance, Tessa, but after everything that has happened, I believe an immediate refund is the fairest way to resolve this.

customer satisfaction is excellent
Customer communication is excellent. I've had questions, and the replies were same day and helpful. It took a little while to get the shoes, but because I was constantly updated on the mailing process, I was not worried. Shoes fit great and are comfortable. I've not been identified as taller by anyone I know, but my wife says my gait looks a little odd. It is a little weird walking with lifts, but I think time may take care of that.

Took long to ship
It was okay and the shoe turned out be much bigger than size 9 (as what I've ordered), even though my shoe size is usually 9.5 in AU size. Also, it didn't give me the height that I was expecting, 1.80 (I'm 72). I'm still couple cm shorter than my friend. But the big turn-off was the long wait for shipping. It almost didn't make it to the wedding I am attending. It came just hours before my trip - didn't have time to try it on.

A few things I'd like to help with:
• Sizing: it sounds like the fit ran larger than expected. Happy to help you exchange for a better size, or share our size guide so future orders fit spot on.
• Height: results can vary slightly person to person depending on shoe style and lift height, so I understand it wasn't quite what you hoped for.
• Shipping: I'm sorry the delivery cut it so close — that's not the experience we aim for, and I'll flag this internally.
