The comino woven loafers have been a good work shoe for me. I’m on my feet quite a bit during the day and they give more support than the flatter loafers I used to wear. They also don’t feel stiff around the sides.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes months ago and have not received either. I received notification that one pair is on its way. That was a month ago. Payment was charged immediately for both.

I placed an order 7/4/26 . I immediately (within an hour) attempted to cancel the order after reading reviews of inconsistency with shipments. I received an email right away that the order was already processing and I could not be canceled. I payed extra for insurance . My order was for linen pants and top for $100.96. It has now been 63 days and it has not been delivered. On 7/31 I reached out to customer service concerned as I could not track my package further than 7/15. They assured me my package was being “closely monitored and escalated by there shipping team”. As of 8/13/26 the label was listed as cancelled from the last currier. I have emailed them to request a refund as this is unacceptable amount of time to wait for an order. It is almost fall.
I feel this website is unreliable . Do not order from this company.

I bought one of the casual pairs because I wanted something for travel that wouldn’t take up much room in my bag. They are light, easy to style and comfortable enough for long walking days. I’ve already used them on two short trips.

My order took around a week to arrive and everything was packed well. The shoes were clean, the box was in good condition and there was nothing odd about the packaging.

The volterra t shirt is simple but very well cut. I got the white one and the fabric feels noticeably better than most basic tees in my wardrobe.

I ordered the verona slip ons mainly for everyday errands and school runs. They are comfortable enough to keep on for hours and still look much nicer than the usual practical shoes I wear. I also like that they don’t look bulky from the side.

First time ordering from the site and I had no issues. Checkout was quick, dispatch information came through properly and the parcel arrived within the stated timeframe.

If there were zero stars, I would’ve checked that. I ordered a jacket from this company on June 29. It is now September 2, and I still do not have it! They claim they originally sent it to the wrong address; even though I gave them the correct address. Now they don’t seem to know where the jacket is. It has been like a part-time job trying to follow up and figure out where the jacket is. I would definitely not recommend anyone ordering from this company. They are evidently somewhere in China; and I think you would be lucky to even get your product. Don’t waste your time or your money! Definitely not worth it!

I got the mules for everyday use and they have been very practical. They slip on easily, feel supportive and don’t make my feet look wide. That last part matters to me because a lot of comfort shoes do.

Total scam - website pictures are NOT what you receive. I ordered the Menton turtleneck shirt and Lerici turtleneck shirt, both claiming to be made from a cotton blend. What arrived was the same kind of polyester, poorly stitched and weird sizing drop ship you would expect from a knock off site. I don't know where these positive reviews are coming from, probably bots.

The palermo jacket was better than I expected in person. The collar detail gives it a bit more character and it sits nicely over a plain t shirt without making the outfit look overdone.

These are not the most glamorous shoes I own but they are definitely the most comfortable. I’ve been wearing the verona slip ons for school runs and grocery trips and they’ve made walking around much easier.

Their website does not represent at all what I received after paying well over $100 for a sweater and pair of so called suede loafers, it was absolute junk what I received. It was cheap looking , the shoes would not even stay on my feet, they were mule type which was not mentioned on shopping site. They had no structure, did not even come in box, just flattened out wrapped in bubble wrap. Sweater no better just a big fuzzy looking
Glob with no labels whatsoever, no size tag , no fabric content , no care instructions like normal clothing. It was just so sickening , they gave me a big run around on returning, first offering me to just accept 15 then 25% discount. I said no and they informed me it would cost ME $40-$50 to return to China , being a fool I spent the money and sent back to an address in China with tracking number, though USPS said they could not track it after it arrived in customs. It has bee over 3 weeks since it arrived in customs and they say they have not received it !

The varenzo trainers are a nice everyday pair. They feel cushioned and the red and white colourway looks a little sporty without being too loud.

I liked the shopping experience. The product selection felt practical delivery took a week and the shoes were comfortable from the first day.

Ordered 2 shirts supposed to be linen. They were cotton. Ordered XL they sent mediums. Impossible to return. they will give you 15% back.

Don't order anything from these guys

Please avoid purchasing from this company. Their merchandise is extremely poor quality and appears to be cheaply made in China. I’ve had the worst customer service experience of my life dealing with them, and I don’t want anyone else to go through the same frustration.

Terrible experience, shoes were not delivered in a box but just in bubble wrap so they were all bucked and squashed (different to what was advertised). Very poor quality, cheap vinyl shoes, advertised as quality leather. Orthopaedic, no support whatsoever. Small sizing so they didn’t fit.
Return policy was
1. accept 15% refund. 2.Send back for full refund but know that it may cost 50- 60 USD to return as they don’t offer to pay for return post.
3.Replace for another item of same cost.

I chose neither option as I was so disappointed with their products and will accept that I just lost $90.

I don’t recommend buying from this company

I purchsed two shirts. The "tag" was cut off- no name of the brand, size (I purchased two different sizes). I tried to return the item, they said I would have to pay for shipping to China, which would cost me $65, almost the cost of the shirts. This company is *almost a scam.

This is a more detailed discription of the return process: When I tried to return, first I was told I had to take a picture of the shirt and hold it up to myself. I responeded and told the customer service person that was a weird request. Then I was told to just take a picture of the shirt. I sent it to them and then they said I had two choices, keep the shirts with a $15 refund, or pay for the cost of shipping to China, which was $65, but then they would return the full amount. Either way was a joke. I was really pissed about the whole photo run-around. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR JUNK
