I purchased a watch from Waldor &Co, after changing the battery twice it still wouldn’t go. I sent it back to them. They agreed to exchange it so I chose a more expensive one and paid the difference. This took a long while to receive as I had to wait2 days approximately for replies between each email. When I received it it was too big so again I emailed. 2 days later that said that a resizing tool should have been enclosed but wasn’t. I asked them to send one , 2 days later they said that they don’t send out spares. But they are sorry that it wasn’t enclosed. But I could go to a jewellers for them to do it then send the receipt and they would refund.
Tbh by now I was so frustrated with the whole situation I just wanted to send this one back.
I emailed again and said this. They said I could send it back for a refund but I think 3 times they asked if I was sure , or offered a discount. Which I didn’t.
When they did eventually refund me they amount was only for the first wactch so then had to wait more days for a reply.
I have only just now got my full refund
The watches were nice but the whole process was a joke , having to wait so Long for each reply really made me very unhappy with the company.

Unfortunately the watch I ordered was too big, beautiful, but to big. I reached out to customer service and immediately received a return label. I asked for a credit, which I received as soon as I sent it back and the tracking number was established. I immediately ordered a different watch, necklace, bracelet and earrings, which is in the mail, on its way to me. The quality of the watch I returned was wonderful. I'm looking forward to receiving my items in a few days.

The item is beautiful and perfect for my wife. My experience was ruined by the UK Royal Mail who decided to deliver my package to another address. The delivery should be a 'signed for' service to minimize this possibility. Very poor delivery service.

I absolutely love Waldor &Co products. So much to choose from and so stylish. I’ve purchased 5 products and I always receive compliments. Also bought several products for gifts. Their service is outstanding. My favourite online retailer by far. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service and communication on purchase and delivery

I have been looking for something fun in the watch category. I have spent too much money, on more classic style watches, and was looking for something a little different. I was in a rush as it was a gift and it showed up just on time.. I chose the green dial and it was perfect. A week later it still keeps accurate time…!

Purchased a beautiful bracelet and earrings for my partners birthday. Unfortunately I had to pick them up from local store due to a lazy DPS delivery driver. The products were stunning. Unfortunately I had ordered the exact same bracelet the year before lol. Contacted Waldor and they were incredibly helpful. I’ve now swapped the bray for a ring. Really pleased and will be reordering in the future.

product is high quality and as advertised, packaging is well made and presentation is fantastic with thank you cards and warranty information, easy to order and updates around delivery and package tracking were transparent and easy to follow

I’ve ordered the new watch with the brown dial and it is absolutely amazing! I have it a few months now and I’m still obsessed with it. Quality is great, looks very chique and the price is good.

The Montel 50 is an exquisite timepiece. The color of the dial practically begs to be noticed. Combined with the shape and size of the watch, you can’t help but stare at your wrist. Anyone around you will do the same! Excellent craftsmanship! So glad I purchased it.

I have not received my order

I absolutely love the watch and matching bracelet that I bought for myself to celebrate a milestone birthday. I wear it daily and get compliments all the time. I also got a tennis bracelet. That is beautiful, but it was a little small. I sent a note asking a question about the length of the bracelet and if the next size up would mean that the diamonds would be larger. I didn’t want that to be the case. I got the nicest response telling me that I could exchange the bracelet for the larger one and not to worry about the diamonds. They will be the same size. The level of customer service is really warm and caring. I’ve never had that experience with any other online company. Many thanks! You’ve got me as a customer forever now!

Ordering was seamless.
I ordered the double knot bracelet and it is perfect - exactly as shown. Much better quality and price point than one of the better known North American jewelry lines.
Better than that, duty and shipping to Canada was included!

Loved the look of the bracelet.

I have to return my bracelet as the small is too small for my wrists. You should remove the qualification that says for most women because my wrists are small and the bracelet was extremely tight.

I bought a bracelet as a gift for my friend and it arrived speedily, beautifully wrapped and boxed. The bracelet is perfect too and I would rather like one for myself!!

The watch was a birthday gift. It was the perfect gift for a special occasion. A perfect ending to a wonderful dinner snd a special day!
