Lovely, quality wooden cutlery items, good quality and as per pics/described. Customer service is 5 stars, the staff organised a replacement item for a slightly damaged spoon within 12 hours of me contacting them by email. Highly recommend.

I received outstanding customer service from Olly at Wattle & Wombat.

I ordered a beautiful utensil set for my mum’s birthday, but unfortunately Australia Post was taking over a week to deliver it. I contacted Olly with my concerns, and they responded straight away. they where upfront and honest about the order being held up at the depot and offered some great solutions to help make sure the gift arrived in time.

Olly continued to follow up with me every step of the way and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Thankfully, the products arrived before my mum’s birthday, and she absolutely loves them! She is very happy with the quality, and I’m really impressed with the products as well.

The box did arrive slightly damaged, but that can happen during shipping and, most importantly, the products inside were perfectly fine and are still in great condition.

Thank you again to Olly for being so helpful, keeping me updated and making sure I knew exactly what was happening throughout the delivery process. It’s such a great experience when a company genuinely cares about its customers.

My first order with Wattle & Wombat was for the Teakwood 9 set. I added a holder (small), the mineral oil and also the spoon holder. It arrived in a very cute branded box (we re-used box and packaging at work!). It looks beautiful, so it is nice to be able to put it on your kitchen bench. Within a week I used each utensil and they all work well for us. Straight away I made up my mind I wanted to have the cutting boards too, with the holder. This took a bit longer to arrive, but again - the packaging itself looked very nice, just a nice touch. There was an issue with one of the boards, but I got a response back very quickly and everything was sorted in a day: showing that their customer service is fab - Thank you Olly. Would recommend the products I have bought to anybody, great gifts as well!

Great utensils and fantastic customer support. My tongs broke just over a month after purchase but it was no issue for them to replace free of charge.
I’ve been using the utensils for a few months and they’re showing no signs of having any issues.

Being my first delivery from Wattle and Wombat I was confident they were a reputable company from all of the reviews. I have experienced first hand on the customer service and it cannot be faulted. :) I have just received my boards and knowing the customer service that comes with the product I will be ordering the utensils. I'd been looking for the right stove top kettle for ages when I came across the Ritual Kettle. It exactly fits the bill, working well on my wood stove. It also looks as good in reality as it does on the website, which isn't something that always happens. I did have an issue with a fault unfortunately, but I couldn't speak more highly of the customer service in responding to this and replacing the kettle with a new one. Full marks there.

Excellent customer service , highly recommend this company . The kettle arrived this week and it is well made and quality is to perfection .
My sister even said she will buy one next time needs a kettle .

1) makes me get up and make tea asap , not keep reboiling like the electric kettle
2) I was transported back to my childhood with the whistle kettle making my dear mums plenty of cups of tea …….

Very impressed. The products themselves look, feel and perform really well, I love them. Customer service is also impressive, when I had an issue and emailed I was contacted within less than 12 hours and the issue sorted. Products all arrived timely and packaged well. I would definitely recommend and will likely purchase items again.

I ordered the nine spoon set, unfortunately, the spaghetti spoon was cracked. I contacted Olly via email and the same day I got a reply and a new spoon was sent out.
The after sales service was great, I understand problems occur but it's the way the problem was handled that earns this review 5 stars.

The products are absolutely gorgeous and wash well. I have the 9 piece set with additional masher, tongs and chopping boards. Everything arrived within 2 weeks. The product washes well and any queries I've had have been answered promptly and ever so kindly. Would highly recommend.

I bought the cutting boards and the stand. The boards are much thinner and smaller than the pictures suggest.
They are also poor value for the money I paid. We're getting so used to being ripped off, especially with things advertised on Facebook, that we're becoming lazier with our choices. The 50% off is nothing but a hook to make us think we're getting a deal, when in fact it's a rip off.
The image of the glass next to the boards is so misleading, it's no bigger than a shot glass.
Sure the boards are pretty, but who wants a chopping board that's 1cm thick?
I'm really disappointed, another fb scam. I thought I was doing the right thing buying from Australia.

I've made 3 orders with Wattle & Wombat now. Fair to say my kitchen looks ♡♡♡, and even better, non toxic.
I started with utensils and chopping boards with oil, and now I've also got the most beautiful stainless steel kettle.
Olly (@wattle & wombat) is always helpful and kind, best customer service.

Ordered on 14th aug,clearly says on website in stock dispatch in 48hours/today is Friday 29th…several emails and I received the posted on 21st..not true all they have done is created a label…I gave myself 3weeks as was a present for a friend this weekend…I’ll wait here for the (generic) we apologise response …

Ordered goods 9 days ago. Received email they have shipped. After 8 days no goods. Sent email and got the ‘in the post’ reply. No they are not. Wondering if they are a scam.

Wattle&Wombats products are amazing. When our kitchen set arrived the tings were chipped on the handle. I reached out and straight away they sent another pair and said I could keep the original tongs. I wasn’t expecting that and was so appreciative of their amazing customer service.
