I already recommended your product to my daughter in law and granddaughter who have doodles. I had their dogs for a week and they drank more water than I’ve ever seen. Even my kitty drinks more fresh and filtered water. They do know what’s best for them.

Everything is great, I ordered a year supply of filters, it appears however, I only have 6 months supply as the clog in 2 weeks. my dogs however love this thing. considering a second one after I figure out the kinks with the filter.

The fountain so far is great. Better than ones I've had in the past. It seems to stay cleaner longer than other brands. My cats and dog all love it. And most importantly it does not spew water all over.

Great service, good quality, great looking product, so far after about a week+ my dog hasn't totally accepted the one (of the 2 I purchased) that I set up. I set up the wireless fountain on motion detection and left a bowl with a small amount of water not far from it. Also a bowl with a small amount of water in another room. She's still not totally sure but getting close. When she's ready, the second fountain will be set up and the 2 bowls moved. Reporting with today's date (started in August) because this is a work in progress.

Great Product! Dogs love it -- we love it! Easy to clean ... monitoring feature is fabulous! As electronics sometimes do, the control unit failed after 30 days in continuous mode -- defaulted to Sensor mode. (I won't bore you with details, but one of our critters was convinced that Sensor Mode was a demon sent to harm her and reacted accordingly.) I bought two complete units, so we used the spare control unit. Contacted Rhykin about a replacement and was told it had a 60-day warranty! That was great ... then they asked for a photo of the unit. Did that ... then got another email requesting a video of the unit in action. I'm old--learning new things is subject to my discretion ... taking a video with two canines "helping" then figuring out how to upload & send it was just a bridge too far. Notified that they were sending a replacement (no video required). Current unit is working fine, but will be glad when the replacement gets here.

Ordering was easy and our 7 L fountain came quickly. We had several points in the directions where we needed a little bit more clarity but we got it put together. Our big girl loves her fountain she drinks probably at least five times longer than she did with a regular water bowl. And she drinks from the fountain between meals which she did not do before.

The watwr bowl is the best thing for our dogs as i have never seen our drink so much for ages and its filterd waterd which i good for them on the other hand it was quick to come from the uk but when it got to australia it went snail mail its not your fault ithe way post services runs in australia at the moment but the bowl is great havent tried the dogs life jackets out as we have gone to weir or put our boat untill it get a bit warmer thanks david in australia

I received the dog bowl and not good quality. Website stated to contact support for return instructions, 3 emails and 3 days later still no response, no phone number to call them. Don't buy from this company.

This is just the worst company. I purchased a cooling mat for my dog. What I received was literally a piece of fabric with no cooling properties whatsoever. It is the worst purchase I’ve ever made online which is significant. They wanted me to pay to return it - are you serious? Send me a label! Why would I pay more to return such a terrible product. Wouldn’t do business with them again for any reason.

I wish you had a jumbo size! I have 7 dogs and the largest size you have is still a bit small for their needs.

The monthly filter cost is a bit high.

Otherwise, I am very pleased.

Fantastic bowl and loving knowing my pets are drinking safe water. The flow is so quiet, you can't even hear it and it doesn't splash and scare them either.

Easy ordering for a great product . Milkshake is drinking much more water than before and I was giving her Culligan water twice a day. She loves it.

Great fountain, super fast shipping!

It is a remarkable increase in our dog’s water consumption with the Rhykin system, surpassing traditional bowls. Our pets engage more enthusiastically, drinking consistently for best hydration. I am looking forward to have the Rhykin system’s team reassess the filter units quality. Love the water dispenser/ filtered.
The comb is fantastic in pulling hair to help shedding!

Ease of communication however was not aware shipping was from outside the country. Received in 12 days. My cat took a couple days to start using it and now loves it. Don't like that replacement filters are so expensive for as tiny as they are on the 2.2.2L
