Ordering was easy and our 7 L fountain came quickly. We had several points in the directions where we needed a little bit more clarity but we got it put together. Our big girl loves her fountain she drinks probably at least five times longer than she did with a regular water bowl. And she drinks from the fountain between meals which she did not do before.

I feel good that my purchase helps this tireless group who feeds these poor babies. I wear my bracelets daily with different color combinations and I never take off my Grace Necklace.
