Restock is the worst place to buy shoes from. I just had a birthday and thought I should get new shoes. I found a pair on Restock, bought them, and 14 days later, they say they don't have them in stock, so they need to order some from the USA. Another 14 days pass, and they say they can't get them, promising a refund in another 14 days. Now, I've been waiting for about 30 days, and they completely ignore me. It feels like they're not even real people with the way they're handling things. Avoid buying from there; it's probably the worst webshop ever. 👎

Bought Nike air Jordan 1 Mid Light Smoke Grey for my son. He saved money especially for these shoes. Finally we found them for a reasonable price at restock. Within 2 weeks of wearing them and being very carefully with them, the top coat let loose. It seems to be a plastic top coat. So I asked Restocks how we could solve this problem and their only answer is; bad luck, see it for yourself. We are just an online platform. I even offered to send the shoes back so they can double-check the authenticity, but no.
Very bad customer service, the shoes are looking terrible, for sure they are not authentic and our money is gone.

Restock has not returned my money for more than a month now, they have never informed me on that they have gone bankruptcy. The worst customer service, and the worst shop for shoes, only cheating customers. I claim my money back asap. The sad part is this was money saved by my son to get a new shoes that is never being sent, and money is not returned yet.

I sold a pair of Jordans on January 21, 2023 and they still haven't been paid for, when they said in April that they were finalizing the December payments.

They haven't replied to my emails since September, and the website for contacting support has stopped working.

Watch out for restocks, they are bankrupt! They scammed allot of money! Now switching to shoozio with instant payouts. Restocks already did have such a bad customer service, slowest payout speed ever, and now they scammed all of there sellers, over millions, its crazy.

So disappointed… Placed an order for some infant Nike Jordan’s over a month ago for my daughter, being proactive for Christmas gifts! still not received it and cannot get any correspondence!!! I have been on their website for the millionth time and found somewhere on their “none” existent support section that they filed for bankruptcy on the 14/november/2023
Also read that their website has been shut down… ITs NOT so you are at risk if you purchase now

Hello,

I have a problem and need help please. I bought a pair of Jordan Air 1s and I bought the wrong ones, I wanted them in a different color.
It was told I had to log into my account on Restocks, then go to "My sales - history" and finally click on the specific item and the "Resell" button.
But here comes my problem, in my history says that I didn't buy any shoes and that's completely insane, I paid 274 euros for them through restocks.
I want an explanation why the purchase of these shoes is not part of my history, I would like to resell these shoes.

I have the shoes in perfect condition, not worn at all. I just want them gone. Otherwise, I have all the emails from the shoe's history,
from purchase to authentication and finally until it arrived to me.

After 60 days they reply me, I have orders jordans with ordernummer 1494862
Till today I don’t have my order, after a lie that they contact me in 5 days I want my money back waiting 2 months for some shoes and also no mail contact it’s really sad.. don’t order here

I ordered a pair of Air Jordans 12th of November - haven’t received anything. No they say on their website they went bankrupt? Is this for real or are they stealing my money on purpose? I want my shoes or my money back ASAP!

The CEO of this company is a fraud artist, knowing well what he were doing. Running a company with a business model that's impossible to go bankrupt. They've stolen millions of euros from thousands of affected people. They owe me 3618 euro. The netherland is the country that I officially hate the most. The fact that there isn't any concequences for him, he literally started the same company with a new name just to clear all the debts. Maybe the country that's letting this man do these things is corrupt.

I placed an order three weeks ago and I haven't received any updates, today I go to the website and see that they have gone into bankruptcy, I want my money back....

This is horrible, my first order the store canceled the order. And instead of the stated two weeks for a refund, the money came much later. My second order has not arrived for two months, and the system shows as delivered! This is not a store, and scammers!

Bankruptcy ahead!!! Avoid purchases!!

They have declared themselves on bankruptcy so no money gonna be paid to the sellers.
