Replica Furniture is a great company to deal with. They rang me to double check that my order for 4 Elbow bar stools and not Elbow chairs.
They kept me up to date with when yo exoect rhe delivery. The chairs were well packed with plastic to weather protect each inside a cardboard box. The bu8ld quality is fantastic and they were exactly as described. I would definitely recommend purchasing from them.

Outstanding service and products. We bought two Replica S Chair Pink – Stackable 1960’s Dining Chairs. They're excellent quality and look amazing. We bought them online, but were able to pick them up the same day from their warehouse. This is the third time we've bought furniture from these guys and it's always the same great service. The order arrived within a couple of days from QLD to NSW. The delivery fee was very reasonable. I can’t get a local parcel delivered that quickly.

When we unpacked our magazine rack, we noticed a production imperfection and some damage which had occurred during the delivery process. We immediately contacted Replica and sent photos of the damage.
The response was immediate. A new magazine rack was despatched to us. It was double-wrapped and arrived in good time and good condition.

I honestly don’t think I’ve dealt with a more efficient firm than Replica Furniture in all my life - and, trust me, I‘ve ordered hundreds of products in that time. I ordered two stools on Thursday and they were promptly delivered the next day. I had delivery information provided via both email and mobile and the delivery fell within the delivery window provided. The whole process was totally seamless.

I'm happy with the dining set I bought from this company. I was willing to pay more as they had goo reviews and nice furnitire. After 18 months (with minimal use) the underside of the chairs purchased in a dining setting, started to flake onto our tiles. The underside of the chairs used a fairly flimsy material. I contacted Replica and they advised there was nothing they could do. I would have purchased a cheaper alternative if I knew this would be the result after such a short time with minimal use (we don't sit at the table even once a week to eat dinner or use it)
